First Dance Song?

Hey Ladies,

For so many years and long before my fiance came along I was convinced my first dance song would be "Nothing has ever felt like this" by Rachelle Farrell and Will Downing. He doesn't really like that song so now we're stuck between "So High" by Jon Legend and "Point of it All" by Anthony Hamilton. Right now we're leaning toward Jon Legend.

What will be you and your FH's first dance song?

    Ugh I'm between way too many choices because they all have meaning to us...but here are my choices:

    From This Moment On - duet version with Shania Twain and Bryan White

    Somebody - Kings of Leon

    Your Song - Elton John

    How Do I Live Without You - LeAnn Rymes

    So yeah...don't know if I'll ever make up my mind, but at least the other three that I don't choose can just be used as slow dancing songs throughout the reception!

    If I had to choose between John Legend and Anthony Hamilton… I’d go with So High; the lyrics are beautiful for a first dance song. Our song is “Bless the Broken Road” by the Rascal Flatts.

    Our first dance started out with "Point of it all". It turned into a funky mix of stuff about a minute in. Our guests were beyond shocked when such a sweet romantic song transformed into some "stanky leg" and "perculator".

    We are doing Michael Buble's Hold On. We are both huge fans of his, and we have a lot of special songs together, which will be used for other parts of the wedding, but that one just stood out as the perfect first dance song.
