  We met on 4/13/10, while out for the night with our separate sets of friends. He asked me to dance that night, but we never got a chance to. I went home regretting that I didn't get a chance to really talk to him. However, my friend, who was friends with his friend, got his information for me and we began talking. We went on our first date that week, and have been together since. He asked me to marry him 10/13/11, exactly a year and a half from the day we met. The proposal took place in Napa, CA, one of our favorite places!
