The BEST Custom Design Experience
I was very particular while designing my custom engagement ring (we went through multiple CAD revisions over differences of just millimeters!), and Lauren never once made me feel like I was asking too much. She was endlessly patient, kind, responsive, and genuinely invested in getting every last detail exactly how I envisioned. If I was ever torn between final decisions, she was also really thoughtful about sharing her honest opinion and helping me the right call, which I appreciated more than I can say.
I honestly kept waiting for her to get tired of all my questions, but she never did. She went above and beyond from start to finish, and thanks to her, my ring turned out even more beautiful than I imagined.
If you have the chance to work with Lauren, you are in the absolute best hands. I can't thank her enough!!!
