I had the best experience in Austin with Andrea Steward. She really helped me put together my vision for my engagement ring by gathering lots of options from their showroom to try on. She was patient with me as I asked many questions and tried on the options multiple times to make sure I really liked it. Andrea is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, fun, and professional. I truly felt so relaxed even though I struggle with making decisions and was nervous about having to chose 1!!! My boyfriend Michael felt so confident in making the purchase and I cannot wait to see how the ring looks all put together with the elements I chose :) We loved the personal experience in the showroom that was more intimate and relaxed. I chose Brilliant Earth for their sustainable products but was even happier with the quality. I customized my engagement ring online and when my husband proposed I was so excited about the quality of the ring!
We went to the Boston showroom to pick out my wedding ring. I'm so glad we did because the ring I thought I'd like to compliment my engagement ring wasn't what I expected. Michael showed me a ton of options until we decided on the perfect sparkle.

Buying a ring online can really be intimidating, but the return process was so easy it was a breeze getting exactly what we wanted. Portland also has a Brilliant Earth shop, which made it easier to try on rings in person. Not all the rings have matching sets, so I opted to mix and match, but it turned out great! -

I love the ring my husband chose for me! It is a lab grown diamond with a beautiful oval shape. The contoured wedding band work perfectly with it. My husband and I are both Material Engineers so choosing a lab grown diamond after some research was a no-brainer it is 100% a real diamond, conflict free and friendlier on the budget. The main difference between lab-grown diamonds and natural diamonds is that one was grown in the ground while the other was formed in a lab (plus depending on defects lab grown can have a higher hardness). Brilliant Earth’s designs are elegant and unique at the same time. I initially liked the Lark with a princess cut diamond. One year later, when my then fiancé (now hubby) showed me a Chamise style, it posed a dilemma since I really loved both designs. The deciding factor was, the matching ring.

When my husband and I started looking at engagement rings, I already knew I wanted an antique/vintage ring. I loved the idea of my ring having a past story and life. While searching for the perfect one I was introduced to Brilliant Earth. I can honestly say they have the BEST selection of these types of rings, each one unique and lovely. My biggest disappointment was how quickly a ring would sell out since it was one of a kind, but this just a testament to the quality of their product. My husband and I were able to find an engagement ring that was from a time period that I admire with my birthstone as the focal point. It made it so special and I adore it. Brilliant Earth has amazing, conflict free jewelry. My wife and I visited their Boston, MA showroom and were treated like royalty. The associate that was showing us various ring styles helped educate us on the 4 "C's" of a diamond and recommended that we purchase a diamond with a slight yellow hue to better match my wife's rose gold band- she gets complimented on her ring constantly! -

My husband got my beautiful engagement ring online from Brilliant Earth. I had my heart set on rose gold and something with a vintage feel, and Brilliant Earth had so many options and a beautiful rose gold option. He picked an oval diamond, which is absolutely stunning, and a very intricate band with a vintage scroll feel. The ring was a bit big when he proposed, so we knew we'd have to get it sized, which Brilliant Earth does for free. We ordered a free rig sizer and decided it needed to go down a half size. Unfortunately, by the time we figured everything out, we had our engagement shoot scheduled, which we needed my ring for and it was a bit too close for them to confidently say resizing would be done. This was going to take us out of the free sizing time, but my husband called Brilliant Earth and they were able to make a note on our account. Once the engagement shoot was done, we sent the ring back to get sized and it came back perfect! There was a small mistake where we got a bill for the resizing, but just a simple quick phone call, and Brilliant Earth waved that charge since we had that note on our account. When it came time for me to pick out a wedding ring, I knew I wanted one from Brilliant Earth to match my rose gold ring perfectly. I ended up going non traditional with a wedding band that does not match my engagement ring. I love the way the rings look together! -

My then fiance ordered my engagement ring from Brilliant Earth (Hudson Luxe) and the matching band had two options! It could either be a perfect circle, or have a notch to fit up against the engagement diamond setting. The etching in this design is rare and gorgeous. Their prices are reasonable for a quality product. If you are not sure about ordering such an important piece of jewelry online, do not hesitate to check them out. We ordered both my engagement ring and our wedding rings from Brilliant Earth and have nothing but the best things to say about the company!
At the time of our engagement, both my fiancé and I were living overseas (in different countries!) and BE worked with him to make sure the ring arrived to its final destination safe and sound.
A few months later, we visited BE’s showroom in Georgetown (Washington, D.C.) to pick out our wedding rings together. Lauren, who handled our appointment, was lovely! She answered all of our questions, was extremely friendly and professional, and made sure to keep us updated on changes in order status, arrival date, etc.
Subsequent visits to the showroom for resizing were equally as smooth.
We would absolutely recommend the company, both for its commitment to ethical jewelry, and for the quality of the service we received! -

I wish I could give them 10 stars. From the first online chat about what I wanted to the in person appointment, their customer service was amazing. I flew to Chicago for a business trip and I goofed the appointment time. I called and explained my screw up and they were so kind and managed to fit me in at a different time. Oh my goodness, everything is stunning and their customer service was excellent. Never felt rushed.
We both wanted something incredibly special for our 25th wedding anniversary. So I told my husband how much I loved the ring at BE. He surprised me with it and it was even more stunning that I remembered. -

My fiancé purchased my gorgeous engagement ring from Brilliant Earth. We tried on rings prior to that and had a wonderful experience. The way that they lay out their rings really helps to narrow in on your desired style. My only feedback would be to have more band options in available in colors other than silver/platinum to try on.
After that experience, we purchased our wedding bands from Brilliant Earth and had another great experience. Our consultant even threw in a free gift when we bought our wedding bands!

I wanted a simple yet subtle hint of uniqueness to my wedding band. I wanted it to be casual enough to wear by itself without my engagement ring if I needed to. When talking about engagement/ wedding rings with my Fiance my only request was a Conflict Free Diamond which is very important to me. Thankfully he was able to grant me that wish with Brilliant Earth. My ring is Beautiful!! -

I cannot say enough about Brilliant Earth. I really admire the company's mission and values, and LOVE my ring (almost as much as I love my fiance). ;)
I had seen the ads for Brilliant Earth online and had started doing some research into the company. I value sustainability, and knew that I wanted my ring to be conflict-free. I really appreciated their commitment to giving back to those communities where they are working. The more I read about Brilliant Earth, the more excited I became. It seemed too good to be true!
When the time came, my boyfriend and I made an appointment, and went to look at engagement rings. (Yes, I picked out my own ring.) Their staff was friendly, and obviously well-trained in helping folks understand what they do/don't like. Our associate helped me go back and forth, between this and that, really guiding me and helping be zero in on what I truly liked. As a result, I walked away with a BEAUTIFUL, custom-made ring that wows me to this day.
The ring itself is a high-quality. It arrived right on schedule, and we haven't had any issues!
Once it came time to purchase our wedding bands, there wasn't even a choice - we knew we were going right back to Brilliant Earth. -

I had given him hints about the kind of elements I wanted in an engagement ring for a couple months before he proposed. (not a prong setting, not a diamond stone, preferably vintage inspired, etc.) He found Brilliant Earth through an ad online. He found the vintage collection which thrilled him (and me, when he told me). I have a ring that is literally one-of-a-kind, which is so special to me! They did a wonderful job preparing it for sale. It looked BRAND NEW. It's a teal sapphire stone in a bezel setting with a leaf design, and the band is 18k white gold. I knew it was the perfect ring for me the moment he opened the box! Everyone who has seen it who knows me immediately agrees! Also the box is BEAUTIFUL: solid wood with the Brilliant Earth logo engraved into the top with a velvet covered foam cushion inside. I love the box almost as much as I love the ring! He purchased it online without ever seeing it in person. We live on the opposite side of the country and the shipping was very fast. It was little too big at first. We took advantage of their one complimentary resize a few weeks after he proposed (over a month after he actually purchased the ring). We were told it would be 2-4 weeks turnaround time. I got it back in 2 weeks. :-) We also purchased ring insurance through the company they recommended - a flyer came in the shipping box with the ring. It was about $50/year and convenient to do, knowing my ring would be covered! I think my fiancé would say the purchase experience was good. After he proposed, I checked out their website because I had never heard of the company before. I was thrilled to see they ethically source their gems and metals, recycling and bringing new life to old jewelry whenever possible! I also noticed they have a HUGE inventory of designs. You are guaranteed to find a ring that suits your lady and her style. -
