I could do without it, but I'd like to have something if that makes sense. It's not something I want to spend a ton on. I found an app called story mix where you have people download the app and they can take photos and videos to submit to them. The company then gathers all of that and puts together a video. Its pretty cheap ($150 for a 10 min video) and I feel like itll give a more personal touch to it. I plan on having the bridesmaids and groomsmen downloading it to do some videos and a few family members to capture some ceremony stuff.
Both!! I think the idea of having a video isn't necessary for anyone, but having it on video of you and your FH saying I do, is beautiful. Plas I'm more of a tomboy, so I want proof that I was beautiful and delicate for one day.
At first I thought this was extra, and while our wedding hasn't happened yet, I can't wait to have something to show my kids one day! (Also LOVING the gif used!)
Extra. While we don't see it as a must! We thought it would be fun to watch following the big day to see what we may have missed. Originally we were going to forego Videography, then we found out that a friend of ours was starting up a business with their fiancé. We re-evaluated and decided that we wanted to support our friend.

Extra. We have one booked, but could have done without one. We'll probably look at friends videos more.....it's more of a keepsake thing for us.
Initially I thought that it was an extra because of the price. But then I remembered how every year on my parents anniversary they sit me and my sisters down and watch the video. Even now that I'm moved out, they let me know when they're going to watch it and I come over! So now I see it as an essential. It'll be fun to watch the video of our ceremony and remember it all through actual video instead of just memories and photos!
I didn't budget for a videographer, but a friend of ours has go pros and a drone, and really good cameras, so we decided to ask him to be our videographer. I haven't seen any footage yet, but having a way to remember that day when small details fade over time will be priceless. Pictures are amazing and capture moments in time, but a video will capture emotion and other things we may have missed! I can't wait to see it!
For us this one was essential because we had a small destination wedding (just last week!) and will have a big reception at home in October. We were sent a 1 min teaser video the morning after our wedding. It was 100% worth it and I can't wait to see the whole thing!
Extra - anyone who we would share it with will be at our wedding. If we have it in the budget we'll probably have it done just for our own memories!

Extra. Everyone always - without fail - says that not getting a video was their biggest regret, but we are splurging so hard on the photographers, and my family are huge picture people, so if there is a splash of spending money maybe we will splurge and get video.
