Essential. We need great pics of us for save the dates and our wedding website. I also want to get used to having a professional take pictures of me

I never really thought about it until my FH said we had to hahah. He is very into photography though, so we took them ourselves. Probably wouldn't have paid to have them taken. So Id have to say extra. But Im glad we have them!

Definitely extra. I hate being center of attention and having photos taken of me. However, if we found the right photographer, place and time, then we might possibly have them done.

I think they are essential especially if it is the first time that the couple has ever had their pictures taken. i looked forward to it since we got ours done halfway through our engagement. it just allowed us to celebrate ourselves and embrace a moment in time to be excited for whats to come...on camera i'm so glad we did it.

Essential... I will be getting mine in 2 weeks! I can’t wait! This will help me decide if they are going to do our wedding pictures. Also, I hope to use the pictures at my registration table.

I am not sure if we will have videography or not, depending on our budget. Would like to have it. Definitely will not have a photo booth but might have instant Polaroid cameras 📸 on the tables.

Our photographer has it built into the package. ☺️
Personally, I love pictures and being able to look back on moments and we will be incorporating the engagement photos into announcements and possibly around the wedding.

I also think that it is nice to be able to to meet with the photographer and get to know each others styles of how you all work together which makes the wedding day session less awkward.
