Dress Dilemma

PLEASE HELP! I am so torn between these two dresses. My wedding venue is a very modern, plain barn rather than a traditional "cabin" barn; therefore, the venue is formal rather than rustic. The flashy dress was obviously a sample dress and, therefore, did not fit correctly and we could not get it clamped down correctly because the beading. In other words, it is pre-alterations and will fit much better when ordered in my size. The lace dress is more relaxed but, to my surprise, seemed to be everyone's favorite. I personally feel as if the flashy one is more of my dream dress and it truly gave me my bridal moment; however, surrounding people's opinions have caused me to second guess myself because the lace dress shapes me much better than the flashy dress. I know I should go with my gut but just want othed opinions on which dress is more flattering. I am seeking honest opinions on which dress is prettier on me, compliments me more (granted the photos are from very different angles), etc. I will NOT get my feelings hurt whatsoever because I truly appreciate advice. Thanks in advance 💕

I think the first one! You love it and I think the issue is the sizing. My dress fits and looks better when all the seams are in the right place!

I had the same dilemma! There were 2 totally different dresses that I loved, and I was leaning more towards one but my "crew" very noticeably loved the other. But you should of course go with what YOU ultimately want. Personally, I don't take the venue into consideration. It's your day, and if you want one thing that's style A and something else that's style B, its OKAY! You don't have to stick to a rigid "theme". Pulling in different pieces/styles of what you like is what individualizes YOUR wedding and makes it unique.
It is hard to judge gowns when one doesn't quite fit and you have to imagine what it would look like (another dilemma I also faced). But the flashy dress stands out more, in my opinion. Both are beautiful, but the lace one is a look that seems more common lately.

It depends on the look you want. 1st is probably a little too sexy for a wedding in my opinion. Second is classy but still shows you body off

I honestly love the second one more on you! It definitely flatters your body. The first one does too but I feel like it takes away the focus from you abit

Honey go with the one that makes you feel like a bride. The glamorous one looks fabulous on you, they both do. But since you love the 1st one go with it. It is your day, your wedding, so wear what makes you feel like the Bride you are.

Go with the one you feel the most bridal with and remember the sample size wont let you see how it will actually be on you because clips can only do so much!

I think they both look amazing but number seems to be your favorite and it seems like it will go with your venue more. Maybe your loved ones had trouble seeing it because of it not being clamped down correctly , so I’m sure they’d love it they were to see it in your true size. I’d say go with your gut feeling and which ones makes you feel beautiful! If number one is like your dream dress then you shouldn’t regret it, despite other’s opinions of the second one.

Dress number one for sure 😍 the bottom is simpler and it makes the top really stand out, also the veil is beautiful with it
