Where is everyone getting there cake toppers from?

Rebecca, on March 13, 2012 at 10:31 AM Posted in Planning 0 33

I haven't even began looking for a cake topper for our cake. So I need some ideas of where to find some and what everyone else is using.

I got mines from etsy. We wanted a funny one (because FH didn't want a romantic one) and we found one we both agreed on.

We got custom off from Etsy. It was just under $60. Since FH and I run a lot, we got a running bride and groom. We figured that we can take wire cutters, cut the base off from them, tie ribbon, and use the as Christmas Tree ornaments.

You can find generic, budget friendly at Micheals.

Thanks Rebecca. It was the first thing FH and I bought for the wedding. We got it before we even had the venue booked!

We bought Mickey and Minney bride/groom salt & pepper shakers from Disneyland. I've seen good ones at Walmart, Michaels, and Etsy!

We got ours at jwcaketops.com. It's a personalized to match my hubbys firefighter uniform and also to match our hair color, flower colors, etc. It even has our last name and fire dept initials on it. A little more than what I originally wanted to pay but so glad that was one of my splurges!

We got ours from Michaels. I wanted something very simple and elegant so we went with a monogram cake topper. I know there are lots of really unique ones on Etsy as well.
