Did you do anything to celebrate 1 year until your wedding date???

We didn't have a yr between the date and our wedding but I think is would be cute maybe a card. sorry but would love to see others cute ideas

We didn't do anything special together. I picked up my dress from the bridal salon the exact weekend 1 year prior. I didn't plan on that - it just came in a lot earlier than I expected!

We didn't do anything special, I just texted him happy -1 anniversary!

We didn't do much except get excited together haha. Maybe a letter or a card saying how excited you are to get married?

My darling FH sent me a text and a simple facebook message that the friends on my list thought was adorable. We jokingly called it our NEGATIVE 1 year anniversary. Being from the space coast we're T- (days) mode at this point.

We celebrated a negative one anniversary I wrote him a sweet message.

We had our engagement party

We were out somewhere and I was like "whoop whoop one year till we're married!!" and started jumping around. But that's pretty much all we did to "celebrate" our 1 year till married haha.

We didn't because we didn't have a year in between. We got engaged in April of this year and are getting married in March 2013. But, I think it's a nice idea! On our -6 months I booked a florist and found bridesmaid dresses!

We were at a football game...we acknowledged it a few times and he gave me a super big hug but that was about it lol. I was really excited that day though and just happy the whole day. Haha.

He wanted to go out and celebrate but I ended up not feeling good that night.

We went out to dinner but that was also our 2 anniversary =)

I would say just a nice card or something to say, "Honey, one more year and I get to be your wife forever" or something along those lines..

We didn't have a 1 year. We got married exactly 11 months from the day he proposed. If Only he'd proposed one month sooner.

I would do a romantic date night, at the most.

We didn't do anything crazy. He was really sweet and sent me flowers saying "Happy -1 year anniversary" I couldn't help but smile the rest of the day! I bought a card and wrote on the inside how much he meant to me and how excited i was to be able to say in one year i would be his wife! My FH is a teacher and he told me that the kids were fighting about what the date was. He kept telling them that today is the 12th and they still didn't believe him. After a while he said yes it is because one year from today I'm getting married. Needless to say the girls in the class went Awww and the boys just looked at him
