This is so encouraging. We rescheduled our 5/16 wedding to 10/10, and I’m feeling major stress that even that is not enough time. Out of curiosity, where are you guys located and how many guests are you having?

Thanks for sharing this! Your post just gave me more hope for my wedding this fall! My wedding is 10/10 also and I have been stressed every time I watch the news or see an article online about COVID. Ugh there's no avoiding it haha. I'm wondering what kind of restrictions your venue has to put in place if there are any?

Fantastic news! Where are u located? Still crossing my fingers for my 9/12 wedding, im in CA , Disneyland is opening in July but stilll no word on weddings seems pretty outrageous🙄

View Quoted Comment Our venue is owned by a caterer so they’re technically considered a “social club with dining” and have to abide by restaurant guidelines. Which keeps them @ 50%. If they were just a venue, there wouldn’t be a limit, they also serve buffet style (traditionally) so they have to alter that.

I’m also in Maryland with an August 29th date. Did they tell you what social distancing restrictions there will be?

Congrats! I am also an August bride but decided to elope instead due to protocal of social distancing and mask may still be in place.

I feel you on that first part about being stressed, glad you got good news, did they reach out to you? Our August wedding and honeymoon are still so up in the air its driving me nuts but so happy for the ones who are able to plan knowing itll happen!

How are you going to say disneyland can open but my guest list of less than 100 people (mostly family!) cant have dinner together? so frustrating! 🙄 praying some wedding-related restrictions are lifted soon
