Another option is find out if the flower wholesalers that are open to the public can make arrangements for you. Grocery store florists will do this as well. Costco.com sells bridal bundles..not how DIY those are.

You can get bulk, bouquets, and decor online. Even teleflora,ftd, etc. have beautiful options. Also keeping flowers simple but beautiful helps with budget. For example stock (is a flower) looks like ruffles, smells divine, and can be used to make bouquets but it's a filler flower. So the price is beyond reasonable.
