Thanks Haley. No. My mom is in Germany and so is my entire family. With FH and me it is a little more complicated, visa/green card fun. We kinda just wanna get it out of the way and are trying to sell it to everyone as 'paper signing'. Romantic, huh? But FH always wanted to elope, this way we both get what we want and I am married before i hit the big 3. we will only have his mom and a friend of mine with us and take them to dinner after.

Oooooh, that elopement sounds SO romantic. And Pan I get the same visual in my head. I don't regret our wedding for a second but if I had to plan it over, that's exactly what I would do, and I would hire a photographer to take that exact photo, and use it for the announcements and not spend two split seconds worrying about catering and sausage platters and who got offended by what. Snooze!
