Hi future brides!

I’m having a hard time finding inclusive outdoor venues in SoCal that are budget friendly. Does anyone have any recommendations??

What budget did you have in mind? How many people? And how much “all inclusive” are you wanting...every single vendor to the point where you literally book and that’s it, or perhaps some of them and then you would be okay booking perhaps the photographer or a few other vendors?

Unfortunately, “Southern California” and “all inclusive” and “budget friendly” all together isn’t really a thing, especially if you aren’t interested in a hotel or restaurant.
The only one that comes close that I can think of is Windmill Canyon at Hoy Ranch. Last time I checked (pre-COVID), the most expensive package was $18,000 for 200 people and it included a lot of the vendors, like DJ, florals, and catering. It’s cheaper with less people.https://www.windmillcanyonranch.com/

The French Estate is also decent if you use their preferred vendors (they give discounts for French Estate weddings).https://www.thefrenchestate.com/wedding-packages-pricing/

    Here’s some other ideas:

I’ll throw out that though it may be more work, it is very possible to throw a great budget wedding if you hire the vendors yourself. Here’s a spreadsheet with pricing (and vendor tabs) if you’re interested:https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/16oLyBviL6fA8uKD0Kgfhh48uFtNEMksZuHirgjyjNXk/edit

    Good luck!

The maximum budget would be $30,000, but for the entire wedding. And between 150-200 people. For the most part I do want all the vendors to be included. I’m fine with dj and photographer not being included.

I will check those venues out! Thank you so much!

Hi Michelle! If you want a fully all-inclusive venue you should check out The HomeStead in Oak Glen and Wedgewood properties like San Clemente Shore by Wedgewood Weddings. 🌟

Black Gold Golf Club in Yorba Linda has really great package pricing and includes food & bev, tables, chairs, linens, silverware, etc. Most restaurants, vineyards, and country clubs will also cover all of those basics, which gets you pretty far!

Here are some of those style venues that you should check out:

    The Oaks Club at Valencia

Los Serranos Golf and Country Club

    El Dorado Park Golf Course

    Wilson Creek Winery

    Sunset Hills Country Club

    Hyatt Regency Valencia

    Weddings at Twin Oaks

Churon Inn Winery in Temecula is all-inclusive and is around $16,000 to start. It is all outdoors overlooking Temecula!
