Jae Sweets really exceeded my expectations. From the easy booking process to the final product, everything felt professional and well organized. I’m usually picky about desserts, but the Sweet Potato cake was honestly unforgettable being rich, soft, and full of flavor without being overly sweet. If you’re in Delaware or surrounding areas and need desserts for an event, this is absolutely the place to go!!

I highly recommend Gloss Salon for anybody getting married! Jay the coordinator is super professional, responsive, and flexible! Krystal is the best hair stylist and did such a beautiful job!! I was super indecisive about my hair, at my trial I really loved my loose up-do look it was so beautiful, but the day of the wedding I decided I wanted my hair partially down; luckily Krystal had so many looks up her sleeve and her work was absolutely beautiful!! They did wonderful jobs with my bridal party, mothers and flower girls as well. You gotta go with Gloss!

Cake Art was a fantastic addition to our big day. We knew we wanted cupcakes for our guests and a small cake for cutting. We did a tasting at the storefront to choose the perfect combinations. We ended up selecting four different types of cupcakes, and our guests raved about all of them—some even made a point to try every flavor because they were that good. I was thrilled to find that Susan had packed one of each flavor for my husband and me since there were no cupcakes left over by the end of the night —they were such a hit! Our 6" cutting cake was gorgeous and perfectly matched our elegant, timeless wedding vibe. Not only did it look stunning, but it was also absolutely delicious. I had a vision for the dessert display but couldn’t find anything that fit, so I ended up creating my own stands. Susan was incredibly accommodating, even when I wasn’t sure exactly what I was going to end up making. She simply advised me on how many stands I’d need and suggested asking our florist for some greenery to add to the cake. She made it all work beautifully, and the final display was absolutely stunning! Susan was incredibly kind and great to work with. If you're considering Cake Art for your big day, you won't be disappointed. We will definitely keep Cake Art at the top of our list for any future cake needs!

Bottom Line Up Front: Book these guys. Reasonable price, great value, fantastic music, MCing, dancing and lighting. They say that a DJ makes or breaks your wedding, and in the case of Don and D&J DJ Service, it is clear they MADE the wedding. Don met with us before the wedding to understand the vibe we were going for, and we gave him a simple instruction "we do not want any of the guests to be able to leave the dance floor because the music is too good." And boy, did Don deliver. Don provided the speakers and music we selected for the ceremony, easily transitioned to the reception, and set the mood at all points of the Wedding. The up lighting really enhanced the experience. The speeches were clear with Don's equipment, and as soon as the dance floor opened, we could not leave. Back to back bangers. Even when slow songs came on and some people left the floor, Don knew how to get them right back on the dance floor. By the end of the night, we had multiple people ask for Don's name so they could book him for their wedding. He was worth every penny and more. I highly recommend him, or anyone in his company, to DJ and MC whatever event you have coming up.

We literally contacted her 6 days before we wanted to get married and she was on a family vacation and still took the time to connect w us and make our dreams come true. She was super professional and friendly and made our day super special ❤️ I will recommend her to anyone whether your event is huge or very intimate and small. This gal knows her stuff. We will forever be thankful for her guidance and love.

After having issues with my first wedding dress, I had to quickly find another one—and I’m so grateful I found Claire’s Fashion in Delaware. I called the store and spoke with a team member (I unfortunately don’t remember her name), and she was incredibly helpful from the start. She sent me multiple photos and videos of the dress, which gave me confidence to move forward. I had the dress shipped to Florida, and it arrived in PERFECT condition—truly brand new, just as she promised. I was honestly a bit skeptical at first, since we all know dresses in stores are often tried on and can show wear, but this one was flawless. Huge thank you to the team for the excellent service, fair pricing, and great shipping care. I ended up wearing this dress on my wedding day, and I couldn’t be happier!

Dawne was amazing! She is so personable and easy to talk to and she did a fantastic job with my hair. Ashana knows her stuff and she did exactly what I wanted for my makeup. I highly recommend Fusion Salon for wedding hair & makeup. They are very flexible and the price was extremely reasonable.

I worked with Jen to find my perfect dress, and it was everything I could've asked for and more. The atmosphere was so calming and serene which definitely helped the excitement and nervousness that I had going into my appointment. Jen gave the perfect amount of input and support throughout the entire session and made me feel so comfortable. I have passed this bridal shop on many occasions since I was a little girl, and I feel so grateful to have my younger self's dreams come true.

The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. They were very accommodating when asking for specific items. Our guests raved about the buffet. Rich did a fantastic job on setup and was very personable and a delight to interact with.
