    Desde el comienzo de la planificación, Vanessa's Catering nos atendió con mucho profesionalismo, reuniones presenciales y por teléfonos, siempre a la disposición de responder a nuestras dudas y nuestros gustos. El Sr. Pagán siempre estuvo a nuestra disposición, es una persona muy atenta y servicial. Desde antes de probar la comida, sabíamos que los íbamos a seleccionar por su trato al cliente y por las buenas recomendaciones que habíamos escuchado de ellos. En la semana de la boda, el Sr. Pagán y su esposa se aseguraron de todo lo acordado estuviese en pie. El día del evento, todo transcurrió de forma excelente, su equipo muy atento y profesional. La comida estuvo muy buena. Pero la sorpresa de la noche fue, que le pedimos a Pagán un caldo gallego para nuestros invitados, ¡y que sopa más deliciosa para terminar la noche! Recomendamos a Vanessa's Catering!!

    This vendor was EXCELLENT!!! I'm 100% Puerto Rican and my now husband is from Connecticut. His entire family and mine LOVE the food. They wouldn't stop talking about it for days. We had Steak and Pollo Relleno de Maduro. Both of them were cooked PERFECT and tasted amazing. You cannot also beat the price. It is high quality food, high quality decoration of the plate and an amazing price.

    El Sr. Pagan y su equipo brillaron la noche de mi boda. Excelente servicio. El equipo fue sumamente profesionales y atentos con todos los invitados. La comida estaba exquisita, a todos nos encantó la comida. Vanessa's Catering fue recomendado por mi coordinadora de boda y son excelentes. Los recomiendo al 100%

    Excelente servicio , la comida exquisita muy profecionales la atencion buenisima de verdad que es un catering de excelente profecionalismo .

    The food was very good and the price unbeatable. They were very prompt and responsible. Just minor details at the sit down etiquette. Overall excellent service.

    It is hard to rate this vendor as well as my others because they were set up through my wedding planner. The food was good, it was traditional Puerto Rican. We did ask for filet mignon and had pork instead as one of our meat options. This may have been at the fault of our wedding planners. However, the price was not different. Anyway, catering in Ponce is pretty reasonable compared to the US, and this is a good one.
