We are so grateful we hired Chef Marisoll for our wedding! From the moment I met her, she delivered exceptional, professional, and attentive service. I have a big family and she graciously accommodated 10 of us for our food tasting- she made this such a fun and interactive event! Our wedding was flawless. Her team delivered incredible service, and the food was outstanding. She accommodated changes and food preference and allergies without issue. Chef Marisoll and her team were amazing! We had a whole roasted Lechón and it was incredible! All of our guest did not stop raving about the food at our wedding. Chef was fast with responses and was so considerate with our restrictions. I would definitely recommend these services.

Chef Marisol exceeded my expectations on cocktail hour and dinner! We had a huge ask for cocktail hour and every part of it was executed perfect! We also did a full sit down dinner which was delivered without a flaw! All the food was amazing! Definitely recommend her services! Perfect!

Chef’s fish was a hit. She has such a diverse menu and we think we tried everything possible during the food tasting 😆. She was very responsive and a true professional. The Plantain Crusted Mahi Mahi was by far the hit of the evening. Chef and her crew provided excellent service and there wasn’t one hiccup. Thank you so much Chef!!

We could not be happier that we chose Marisoll for our wedding day! Everything was so delicious. All of the guests loved the appetizers and there was plenty to go around. I felt like a princess with my own server bringing me appetizers during cocktail hour. When it was time for the dinner (we chose buffet style) they brought us a plate of food and assorted desserts to our bride and groom table. I can't express how much my husband, myself and our guests loved the food. Choose Marisoll for your event, she is worth it!

Marisol was amazing! All our guest could not stop saying how delicious the food was at our wedding. We had a buffet style catering. We had Puerto Rican hors d’oeuvres. One of my favorite was morfongo fritters and the guyaba dip. Marisol was very professional and responsible. We live in Miami and she was great with communicating and keeping us up to date! Not much can be said except “Worth the wait!” We’ve been to too many weddings where the food was horrible or not up to par for the amount paid for plate. No one can ever say that about Chef Marisoll. Everyone loved the food! We loved the food and her team! She took our ideas of what we wanted and was able to create a specific menu that catered to our wants and desires. From the visual of the whole pig for my guests, to a great variety of food, and her dessert table set up was a wow factor as well. The wedding party was thrilled when she had made enough food for them during cocktail hour so they were fed during pictures. We booked her about 8 months ahead of time and we are glad we did, it took a little time for her to respond back but that’s because she’s making deliciousness for other events. Just have patience; you’ll be glad you did. You can’t go wrong with booking Chef Marisoll and her crew. From the servers, to waiters, and providing everything you need; it’s a one-stop shop with no worries. You’ll be in good hands with her. Chef Marisoll catered our wedding reception (seated dinner) and wedding day luncheon (buffet). Everything was delicious and beautiful!

She was very quick with email responses. She had great suggestions and handled changes with ease. I have a gluten allergy, which was no problem for her at all. Her service staff meticulously labeled the foods for the luncheon buffet to ensure I knew exactly what was gluten-free. And during the reception, the servers were extremely careful to make sure I had what was safe for me to eat.

Her attention to detail is worthy of praise! Everything not only looked beautiful, it tasted devine as well. During our cocktail hour, the guests couldn't stop raving about the appetizers. Chef Marisoll also made sure during that time, as we we're having private pictures taken, we also had food and drinks.

As dinner was concluding, Chef Marisoll even came out to greet us and make sure everything was satisfactory.

Delicious!! My husband and I wanted to make sure we didn't have "wedding food" at our wedding. He found Chef Marisoll on Wedding Wire. She was sometimes a little hard to get a hold of, but once we did get in touch, she answered all our questions and had everything under control. We also had a dramatic change in the amount of guests we expected, which she was immediately flexible to without a problem. We had hors d'ouevres for the cocktail hour, a dinner buffet with fish, steak, pork chops, chicken, sweet plantains, rice and beans, a pesto pasta salad, green salad, yuca (all of that was for dinner!), and a late-night asopao served in glass bowls to our guests! The presentation of the food was great, and more importantly, the food was awesome. The food tasting took place in her beautiful kitchen studio and was an opportunity to share a nice meal with our parents just a few days before the wedding--complete with wine pairings. We don't live in Puerto Rico, but we waited until the week-of the wedding to do the menu tasting--we trusted her and had heard so many great reviews, that we were actually not worried about this at all. Chef Marisoll also supplied the glassware, plates, and flatware--everything was tasteful and good quality. Chef Marisoll and her staff are phenomenal. She was on-time and prepared for our wedding. It was an all-around great experience!

Great food, traditional Puerto Rican food for us - was not too salty and had great variety. The appetizers were my favorite! Marisoll's staff was wonderful, they made sure me and my husband were taken care of the whole night, they were friendly and happy to go out of their way for all of our guests.

Everyone loved the food! Very responsive and professional. Highly suggest Marisoll and her team!
