Chef Piñeiro and his team were truly incredible, and we are so grateful for the experience they provided. Months later, our friends and family are still speaking so highly of the food! From cocktail hour to the reception, every detail exceeded our expectations, and the service was the best! The team was also extremely accommodating and thoughtful when it came to our menu needs, making the entire process very seamless. If you’re looking for elevated cuisine paired with exceptional service, we couldn’t recommend Chef Piñeiro and the Mesa 364 team more!

Beyond impressed with catering with Chef Piñeiro at Mesa 364! I did the puerto rican buffet style and my guests were wildly impressed. So traditional yet so elevated with incredible flavors! They really handled everything perfectly which allowed me to be very hands off after booking. Friends & family still rave about how amazing it was, especially the pig roast. Worth every penny!!

Under the guidance of Evelyn and the entire staff, Chef Piñeiro knocked it out of the park, crafting a culinary experience that left our guests raving for days.

The cocktail hour spread was nothing short of spectacular, with an array of delectable bites that had everyone's taste buds singing. But the real showstopper was the full display of the roasted pig, a centerpiece that was as visually stunning as it was mouthwateringly delicious. Every bite was a celebration of flavor, and our guests couldn't get enough. From the first taste to the last, they were licking their plates and begging for more.

Our wedding guests were truly shocked by how amazing everything tasted. Everything that was eaten was perfect and delicious. The rice, pork, chicken, veggies. It was the best food I’ve ever had and every guest we had felt and said the same thing. The food is in of those things that will always be what people talk about after, if you want it to be memorable hire this team!

We organized a wedding at Hacienda Siesta Alegre without having a wedding planner so we had to find all of our vendors. I highly recommend chef pinero. My family are foodies and know about good food! They could not stop raving about how delicious the food was at the wedding. It can be hard pleasing both sides of the families taste when you have a multicultural wedding - but everyone was pleasantly pleased at the end. Evelyn was always so responsive to emails. The whole staff was so professional. 100% the best!!!

Chef Piñeiro and his team were amazing, and the food was incredible. We had a destination wedding in PR, so not many of our guests had had Puerto Rican food before. Chef pulled out all the stops and served 3 amazing courses that everybody absolutely loved. I had people tell me days later that they were amazed by how perfectly cooked every steak was, and how seamlessly the team navigated our guests’ dietary restrictions. A few weeks before the wedding we requested a change to our ‘late night snack’ option, and the team was super responsive and flexible. Could not recommend Chef Piñeiro and his team highly enough.
