From the start, Nicole was attentive, professional and caring. We visited PR prior to our event to taste her food and the food was exactly the same flavor we felt in love with when we first tasted it. During the event, her staff was very attentive, respectful and professional. Everyone at the event provided us a very positive feedback about the quality and flavor of the food. At the end of the event, Nicole ensured that we were provided "to go" plates which my husband devour and ensured that a layer of the cake was placed on reserved for us to take. Nicole was always very responsive to communication and has a very pleasant disposition. I definitely recommend her services to couples out there looking for a destination wedding in PR especially at the Hacienda Siesta Alegre venue or any special event.

I had the pleasure of booking Portofino for the morning of my wedding. The food was amazing and there was so much variety at a good cost. We had the absolute pleasure of working with Nicole (Portofino's Catering) for our wedding, and I truly cannot recommend them enough. From the very beginning—over a year before the wedding—we met for a tasting, and the quality of their food immediately stood out. I’m happy to say that same standard carried through all the way to our big day.

We chose the churrasco and the chicken, both served with arroz mamposteado and a fresh tropical salad, and our guests could not stop raving about it! Every plate was full of flavor and perfectly cooked. It was high-end taste with a homemade touch, and at a very reasonable price point, which made it even better.

What truly made the experience extra special was their thoughtful inclusion of tequeños, a beloved appetizer from my home country. It was a surprise addition they offered us, and it meant so much to have that little piece of home for my family and friends to enjoy.

To top it all off, they also prepared a beautiful charcuterie board for the end of the night—such a thoughtful touch that our guests absolutely loved. It was the perfect way to keep everyone happily snacking as the party carried on.

We hired Portofino's Catering for our destination wedding and were beyond pleased with our decision. Nicole and her team were so professional and attentive towards our guests. So many of our guests raved about the food and we still dream of the delicious chicken empanadas from cocktail hour. The buffet service was efficient and our guests thoroughly enjoyed their meals! As the bride and groom, we truly weren't even able to lift a finger - Nicole's staff took care of us the entire night (from getting us drinks to making up our plates from the buffet). Our only regret is that we didn't even get to see the buffet set up because we were so waited on!
