Our reception didn't begin until 7PM, so we wanted to surprise our guests with a coffee cart after dinner to give everyone a little boost before the dancing really got started. It ended up being such a fun addition to the evening.

From the very beginning, the team at Corazón de Barista was incredibly responsive and easy to work with. Their contract was clear and straightforward, communication was prompt, and they made payment deadlines and expectations easy to understand, which made the planning process feel seamless.

On the wedding day, they arrived on time, handled the setup efficiently, and made the entire experience completely stress-free. Our barista was incredibly friendly and professional and even showed up wearing the cutest coffee bean bow tie, which was such a fun touch and perfectly fit the atmosphere of the evening.

Our guests loved the variety of drink options, and the coffee was a huge hit throughout the night. If you're considering adding a coffee cart to your wedding or event, we would absolutely recommend Corazón de Barista. They were responsive, reliable, professional, and added such a memorable experience for our guests!

We originally received the recommendation for specialty stations from our venue. We wanted to add on a fun late night snack option for our guests and immediately knew ice cream would be perfect, especially in the warm weather! I live in New York so all communication was done via email. The staff were quick with responses and very kind the day of the wedding! They have a good amount of options to choose from for flavors and toppings. Our guests loved the ice cream! I would definitely recommend!

This was an absolute game changer at our wedding. My wife and I had been to so many weddings that had these beautiful and extravagant cakes, but we always found that we never had any slices before the night was over! From the beginning of our conversations with the Team at the Ice Cream & Coffee Bar, they were crystal clear with their services and very speedy with their communication and responses. Finalizing the menu and timeline was a seamless process and for the day of the wedding they were AMAZING!!

We selected the Calida Aroma package which included ice cream and coffee barista services. Our wedding guests are still messaging us to this day about how much they loved getting a small coffee during the reception and how delicious the ice cream was (and how much variety was offered).

We had an amazing experience with Corazón de Barista at our wedding! The ice cream cart and espresso bar were a huge hit with our guests, adding a fun and interactive element to the celebration. They had a beautiful display that they set up at the reception that was great for photos too! We got to pick ice cream flavors, toppings, and so many choices for coffee! Our guests were lined up for this treat and were so excited. As an extra treat, the vendor made affogatos for our guests (which is my husband’s favorite) and everyone raved about those.
Not only was the quality of the treats outstanding, but the service was also seamless and professional. The team was friendly, efficient, and made sure every guest had a wonderful experience. They truly went above and beyond to make the night special, and their setup added a charming touch to our reception. We couldn’t have asked for a better addition to our wedding and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to elevate their event with a memorable dessert experience!
