Chef Correa boasts an impressive resume that includes numerous awards and roles such as Executive Chef at some of the top hotels in Puerto Rico, the chef-instructor at the renowned Escuela Hotelera, the culinary force behind Zest, and more. Today, Raúl is the chef and co-owner of BACOA Finca + Fogón and chef/owner of Aldeana. He is committed to supporting local farmers to create authentic Puerto Rican dishes with a modern twist.
