  Tom was amazing to work with! He took the time to get to know us before the wedding so he knew what aspects of the wedding had a special meaning to us so he was sure to capture it. He made everyone feel so comfortable and was great to work with. I love all of the pictures!!!

  No Show Photo

  We were married Wednesday, May 22, 2019 in Geneva, NY and had selected Tom as our photographer. On the day of our marriage, we were surprised and disappointed that Tom did not show up for the wedding. When I called him to find out where he was, his response was "I thought the 22nd. was Thursday." This is not a sign of a professional. He did refund us our $108.00 deposit and to "make things up" offered to do a portrait for free which sounds like a nice gesture but we live 10 hours from where he resides. We exchanged at least 6 e-mails and there is no excuse for him missing our wedding day. we will never get those moments back thanks to this man. Do yourself a favor and find a professional photographer who is reliable and has a contingency plan in place should an unexpected matter occur. File this guy under "negative."

  This unfortunate situation was truly my fault. We rarely do mid week weddings with just four people involved and yes I did make a mistake with the date. We realize that anyones wedding day is important regardless of the day or the number of those involved. Please note this does not represent our thirty years of wedding and event photography and this situation had never happen before or since. We did apologize deeply and sincerely to this client and tried to offer something to help them and we understand their disappointment. Thank you.

  Heart breaking

  He disappeared during the last hours of my four hr wedding. Only returned un edited drive and a internet page where me and my family could buy the same prints for five dollars a photo. When trying to reach him about the rest of our package deal goods, he was completely MIA, again. After almost two years! He returned our multiple attempts to contact him and said it was our fault for not telling him at time of contract we wanted the entire package. All my weddings photos I now have are the few edited pictures ones my step mom made for us as a wedding gift from the dive. So heart broken.
  This is what I supposed to receive for $4000 per our contract.
  Ordered his champagne package which was supposed to include a hard cover book, canvas, two cameramen, hard drives and 40 prints. Also eight hours of photography.
  He informed me that he wouldn’t have a second person, before the wedding, and I informed him I was completely ok with this.

  Hello. Everything mentioned here is completely untrue. This is a false and fake statement. We do not offer a 4000.00 package. We do not have a "Champagne package" nor have we ever so all things mentioned in regards to a "Champagne package" are 100% lies. We have never "disappeared" from any event. We don't offer a "four hour" package. We never give "unedited" drives. We offer a variety of prints sizes and costs for those who choose to purchase from us however our contract states clearly that our clients have "complete reproductions rights" to each of their files to make prints themselves if they choose. To say that "they" waited two years for anything is completely false and made up to sensationalize these lies especially since this is not a client of ours. This review is completely false, does not apply to us in anyway and borders on a legal slandering lawsuit. Actually if this was a true statement the person writing it would had and should have began their own legal response. Thank you for allowing us to respond to such untruths.
