Based in Syracuse, New York, 123 Imaging has been serving couples’ wedding imaging needs since 2010. Our skilled team takes a highly-professional approach and works to cater to each of our couples' specific needs. We understand just how much your memories mean to you and will strive to provide premium service, providing support and delivering professional results that will last a lifetime.

Founder Rob Rivera developed a passion for photography at an early age. Joining the Army at 19, he became a Military Intelligence Analyst, specifically working in the area of imagery. Following his time in service, he established the company, has been featured in numerous publications, and holds a Master's in Communication from Syracuse University's esteemed Newhouse School of Public Communication.

While based in Central New York, we are fully able to serve your wedding needs, both throughout the US and internationally.

Rob is the pinnacle of professionalism in his work. He was easy to communicate with, and went above and beyond to travel to Buffalo to shoot our elopement at city hall in addition to having his team shoot our actual wedding day. He also showed up to set up sound equipment that he let us borrow! The images turned out beautifully and everything about the experience was as stress free as any wedding day can be. Would highly recommend!!!

📸 Couldn't have envisioned it better!

123 Imaging Photography exceeded every expectation. They captured our surprise engagement at Ithaca Falls so perfectly, and then gave us the most beautiful, romantic engagement session at Taughannock Falls. The photos are absolutely gorgeous — timeless, emotional, and something we will treasure forever. Working with them was seamless and they somehow managed to surprise me!.

They truly captured the magic of that day in a way we’ll never forget. From still photos to video and drone footage, every detail was flawless.

Best Experience EVER

We cannot express our joy of having Rob create all of our wedding photos! He was so patient and caring and made such a special day even more amazing! If it were not for him we would have missed so many special moments with family and friends that we only realized once we viewed our wedding photos. The day of the wedding and reception is such a joyous but stressful time so to be able to go back together and relive the moments is priceless.

Videographer on point!

My husband and I decided to hire a videographer with only 7 months to go until the wedding so we were a little bit stressed & feeling like we didn’t have much time to prepare. Rob with 123 Imaging was so friendly and happy to answer any questions each step of the way so that we felt at ease. We hired 123 Imaging for the Ceremony package only and are so glad we did. We absolutely would have regretted not having that footage. Our dog (our ringbearer) had passed away 2 months after the wedding and although not originally in our video wish list, Rob was happy to search for the footage to make sure the moment with our dog was in the video and not a moment was missed. He was also very good with communicating with us and so kind. Shout out to Amber and Christina who set up the cameras and the drone (and Daniel who ended up photographing our event with our photographer Caitlyn from Moments Captured CNY!). We would hire 123 Imaging again in a heartbeat and I recommend them to any bride & groom looking for a videographer to do the same!

Excellent Wedding Photographers

You won't go wrong using this photography team at your wedding. They suggested numerous poses and listened to what we wanted in our photos too. In addition to the main event, we had an engagement session which helped build rapport. They worked their tails off, while doing their work in unobtrusive ways. They are pros with a lot of heart.

Incredible experience from start to finish!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with Rob and Sam! From our very first meeting to the final delivery of our photos, they were professional, warm, and incredibly talented. They made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera, which really shows in the photos — every shot feels natural, full of emotion, and beautifully composed.
They captured all the important moments (and so many we didn’t even notice on the day), and the attention to detail is simply amazing. Our photos tell the full story of our wedding in the most heartfelt and artistic way. The lighting, the angles, the candid expressions — every image is a treasure.
We’re beyond grateful for the memories they’ve given us and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a photographer who goes above and beyond. Thank you for making our special day unforgettable!

Engagement photos

Rob was incredible! He had so many awesome ideas for using the landscape around us along with the lighting to make the pictures look beautiful. He was a pleasure to work with!

Professional, kind, and resourceful!

We booked Rob and his team for our wedding in August 2023. The package we had included engagement photos, and Rob went out of his way and above and beyond to do a photoshoot in the Washington, DC area. Our engagement photos were beautiful, and even though there was some timing issues on our part, Rob kept cool and reassuring, which made the process go well.

Leading up to the wedding day, we met with Rob and Jessica to go over the schedule and they even had some suggestions for us, like doing a speed photo session at each of the guest tables. I'm so glad they suggested that because they made for great photos! We loved the style of their photo - a lot of great candids and when you did have to pose, they made you feel comfortable. Our wedding photos turned out beautiful and I'm filled with joy every time I look through them.

I would highly recommend Rob and his team! They are professional, kind, funny, and so prepared. It was like having a second wedding planning team there on that day. They will advocate for you, going above and beyond to make sure your wedding day runs smoothly. I even had a dress snafu with a clasp breaking, and they were there with a safety pin to fix it.

Don’t hesitate, just book him!

I was the pickiest bride, and Rob seriously impressed me with the selection and quality of his photos. He was amazingly professional. even though my wedding was quiet and tiny and low budget due to Covid, Rob treated it like it was the wedding of a royal. He scheduled a phone call to discuss with my husband and I, what and who we wanted to be photographed. He paid attention to learning details, like who is married, and therefore who we would want included in all family photos versus who is dating, and therefore who would be tactfully excluded from some of the core family photos (you never know who’s gonna break up in the future!). he was patient, he was exceptionally committed, and I cannot tell you how thrilled I am with his work. what’s more, I was very delinquent in getting my photos downloaded due a new job and then a baby. He never seemed impatient. It’s been over two years since I received access to the photos, and today he logged in to make sure that they were the best most updated quality due to some new tech features he can offer now versus back then… right now he is, without prompting, updating the finishing touches on a few to make sure that the current technology he uses applies to these old images of my wedding.

Book him, you definitely will cherish his photos and never regret choosing him as your photographer !
