Erik was wonderful to work with and did an amazing job capturing our wedding! He went above and beyond, shuttling us around in his car to different photo spots, and pulling us aside for special photos without interrupting the flow of the day/evening. I cannot say enough good things about Korver Photography, who photographed our wedding in September. Erik was outstanding to deal with from day 1. To us there were really two things most to us when choosing a photographer. First is are they someone who we will feel comfortable hanging around for the majority of the best weekend of our life, and second is of course the quality of photos which we’ll have forever. They knocked both of those WAY out of the park. Erik & Kaitlin were outstanding to deal with, we’re not really photo people and they made us feel comfortable the entire day. They were always there to capture the moment but never felt “in the way”, our guests echoed this sentiment. And on the second point, photo quality, their portfolio speaks for itself but my goodness their shots are INCREDIBLE. They captured every moment of the wedding weekend flawlessly.

Finally, they went way above in several other areas. The first is flexibility. Erik came out Friday to take some photos of our welcome day/rehearsal dinner and was exceedingly flexible on his hours/commitment. The same went for the day of the wedding where unlike some photographers he did not have a set 10 hour commitment and was willing to see where the night took us before deciding when to bow out. In addition to flexibility, he was SO FAST. By Saturday morning he had already uploaded and sent 100 photos from Friday. This was remarkable! He was with us until 9/10pm on Friday and by the time he arrived again the next day had already sent us preview photos! He also put a QR code out on Saturday so our guests could view the album. Our guests were floored by the speed and of course quality of photos, we received countless compliments on Erik & Kaitlin. The preview of wedding day photos were no different, he had 100s to us within 2 days. I was SO impressed by this and friends who’ve gotten married recently tell me this is definitely not the norm, just shows how much Erik goes above and beyond.

I cannot say enough great things about Erik and his ability to capture the most perfect photographs. My husband hates getting his photo taken and photography was the single most important vendor for our day in my opinion. Erik made us both feel so comfortable. He allowed us to enjoy the entire evening without ever feeling like we were missing something, yet was able to capture amazing photographs. He remained in close contact with us prior to the wedding, making sure we were comfortable and had the opportunity to ask any questions if needed. Erik provided us with a few hundred photos of our wedding within 2 DAYS! We have heard endless compliments from our friends and family about our photos. His work is worth every penny. He has been a true joy to work with and I would highly recommend him to anyone to capture your special day.

I cannot say enough positive things about Korver Photography – Erik and Kaitlin are an unmatchable brother and sister team! As soon as I knew I wanted to have my wedding at Gilbertsville Farmhouse, I started researching local photographers, as photography was one of the most important things to me. I could not get any more local than the Korvers and they knew my venue, Gilbertsville Farmhouse, so well. I made sure that they were available before even confirming my date at my venue because I knew I had to have them! I chose them because their work was stunning with a magical quality to it and I loved their mission statement “to capture moments and feelings without interfering”. They were everything that I could have hoped for and they delivered without fail on wedding day. They took the most remarkable photos to capture the entire day. And when I say entire, I truly mean the entire day! From my early morning 8 am goat yoga class, to our late night glow stick after party, they stayed for the whole thing so that no moment was missed. The photos were so ethereal, as if I was looking at some magical movie stars. The memories they captured were spectacular and beautiful while at the same time giving a very candid feel to what the day was like. I also particularly appreciated that they listened to my requests beforehand, no matter how strange they were! My college friends and I take a special posed picture every year when we get together for a reunion and I gave the Korvers an example of the pictures we have taken in the past and requested that we get one during the reception. They went above and beyond using special lighting to make it the most epic picture! It meant so much to me that they took so much time going beyond the typical wedding pictures. I have been to a lot of weddings where the photographers seem like paparazzi everywhere and looking back at my pictures, it is hard to believe that Erik and Kaitlin alone were able to capture so many beautiful and precious moments, while at the same time being so kind and unobtrusive on wedding day. To top things off, they got my wedding pictures to me so much faster than I ever thought possible! I also love that my friends and family have access to the un-watermarked photos to download whichever they please – this is huge thing to consider when choosing a photographer. Overall, I cannot say one bad thing about the Korvers. They were my favorite vendor to work with as they were always quick to respond, their work was remarkable, their prices are absolutely fair, and they are just two downright cool people to work with. They are they most amazing team and I cannot recommend them more. You will NOT regret hiring them!

Erik and Kaitlin are absolutely top-notch. They were so easy to work with, being organized, responsive and flexible. While they are spending the day with you, they unassumingly go about their business, capturing incredibly beautiful, artistic, one of a kind photos of you and all your favorite people. They are friendly, easy-going people who will help bring your vision to life, as well as take some photos that you didnt even know were possible. Erik and his sister were the first vendor we booked after booking our venue. We knew immediately after looking at his client galleries - we wanted to book them. Hiring Erik and his sister Kaitlin was one of the best decisions we made in planning our wedding at Maple Shade Farm. They are talented photographers and true professionals.
Korver’s photographic work is both stunning and creative. They both have an eye for detail and for capturing unique perspectives. Anyone can point a camera and take a picture. Korver takes the same moment and makes it beautiful. They photographed moments at our wedding we didn’t know happened and didn’t think could be captured so well. Within ten days of our wedding date, there were already 100 photos posted to their website, all beautifully done and with the promise of more to come.

Erik always responded quickly to any of our inquiries and always answered our questions. When we first spoke with him, he listened to us to learn what we envisioned. He and Kaitlin tailored their photography to fit our wedding-day vision. Throughout the entire wedding day and into the evening, they suggested photo-shoots to take advantage of Maple Shade Farm’s unique landscapes, the different activities going on and even the weather outside, asking if we would like to do photos in the rain and during sunset. They never intruded into family moments, interfered with guests, or what was happening in the moment. They took all of the pictures we requested with family and friends and were chill, relaxed and seemed genuinely happy to be a part of our day.
