The Petaluma Woman's Club put on their first annual USO dance on November 10th. We hired Swing Fever based on the recommendation of the event coordinator Linda Buffo. The band was the centerpiece of the evening. The dance floor was full all night. The music was professional and of the highest quality. The band members easy to work with and a joy to have at the event. They were flexible with our new program and supportive of us as we worked our way through this first ever experience. I can not say enough about this band. They offer a night that will be a lasting memory for everyone involved. This dance occurred shortly after the biggest wildfires in California when 6,000 people lost homes. Everyone at the dance had been affected in some way. This music with it's uplifting beat and memorable scores was a huge boost to the morale of our community . It was a night to honor Veterans as well. They all had a great time. Closest to the stage was guest of honor Joe Turner Staff Sargent from WW11. As the music struck up Joe had a smile on his face all night. Thank you, Swing Fever for a glorious evening. If you're looking for a great band for your event, and want to see all your guests up and dancing, then look no more, Swing Fever is the band for you. We at the San Francisco Elks Lodge, held a giant party for our Officers to show our appreciation, and every one of our guests got on the floor and danced. Even some of those that you just never see on the dance floor, they couldn't hold back. Several of us were told how great the music was, and that there was something for everyone to enjoy. Through the whole night the dance floor was full with happy dancers. Swing Fever has been around since 1976 and I've booked them before for other parties, all which turned out very well. All the members of the band are very professional, responsive to our requests, flexible to the times they played and the value is truly an amazing deal. One just can't find a quality band like Swing Fever, at the price they charge, it's a real deal. We at the San Francisco Elks recommend Swing Fever to anyone who likes Swing music, they are just GREAT!! Try them, you'll be happy you did.

I hired Swing Fever to provide music for my father's 90th birthday celebration. The guests there, from age 3 to 98, unanimously LOVED their music. The band truly knows how to set a mood and provide a soundtrack for everyone to enjoy. Great musicians, so easy to work with, and the ease of scheduling and responsiveness to any questions takes one thing off your mind when planning a special event.I hired Swing Fever to provide music for my father's 90th birthday celebration. Swing Fever provided a wonderfully unique evening of entertainment for our wedding reception at the Hans Fahden Winery. The band, led by Bryan Gould and augmented by the vocal styling of Denise Perrier, transported us back to a time of where swing was king. Swing Fever was easy to work with and played so many wonderful songs from our request list. Paula Helene coordinated the entire engagement and helped make the entire experience worry free. I hired Swing Fever for a big event I hosted at Peacock Gap Golf Club. I had originally heard them perform at various Marin County venues, including Harbor Point, and the Panama Hotel (where they have a weekly gig). I was always impressed by their swinging beats and jazzy spirit. These guys look like they're genuinely enjoying themselves, and the feeling is contagious.
Since my big event was at a fancy schmancy golf club, it only seemed appropriate to hire a swing band to entertain the crowd (golf swings and swing music always pair well!). I found their website and gave them a ring. With the help of Paula (who is lovely, btw, and one of their fabulous vocalists), I was able to book the band for 3 hours. Since the event was a benefit for a local non-profit, they gave me a VERY reasonable deal (which was much appreciated, since my budget was fairly tight).
On the day of the event, these guys showed up on time for set-up. They brought along their own sound system and everything. And when the party finally started, these guys played their hearts out (everything from Sinatra to Bobby Darin) much to the crowd's delight.
I can't recommend this band enough. They're true professionals. They don't give you any of the diva B.S. that seems to be typical with a lot of musicians. And most importantly, their music is awesome.
