  Seriously such a great company to work with!! We hired multiple services with John for our ceremony and reception and were thrilled with EVERY SINGLE ONE!! The music kept everyone dancing at all the perfect times, he was thrilled to work with us planning every detail leading up to the big day, lighting looked amazing, photobooth was the hit of the night (and we still enjoy looking at the photo album he provided :), photographer was great! I have recommended this company to all of our newly engaged friends and would highly recommend to anyone!!

  Thank you to the MediaMix team for all the great work you did before and during our wedding celebration on October 3, 2015. At one of our first meetings, I had mentioned to John C. that all we really wanted was a fun dance party and that mission was accomplished. Almost everyone was up on their feet the whole night and we are still getting text messages from friends and family about how fun everything was at the wedding. John took our suggestions and put together a great soundtrack for our night.
  
  We also want to express our thanks to both photographers, Gina and John. We cannot wait to see the photos and the moments they captured. Gina did a great job with our engagement shoot.
  
  In terms of planning, Laura helped us a tremendous amount. While all the details of the night were pretty wrapped up by the time she got involved as a day-of director, I can't tell you how comforting it was to have her there the whole night, making sure all those plans went off without a hitch. She is top notch.
  
  Overall, I can't say enough good things about the team at MediaMix. The model of how they book services really helped keep everything seamless - I loved being about to sign 1 contract and getting music, photography and planning at once. It was stress-free and more affordable than many of their competitors. We highly recommend this team.

  Media Mix Entertainment started off #1 on our list because of the affordable prices for maximum services, as well as professional, personable staff meeting with us locally to plan our event. Many contacts were made over the phone and in person at our convenience to ensure all plans were set as we wanted them. The day of, our two DJs did an excellent job at coordinating our large bridal party entrance, ensuring music was playing outside the venue at the cocktail hour as well as inside for dinner and dancing, and coordinating three cultural backgrounds of music to keep our guests dancing all night! We were extremely pleased and would recommend them to any and all DJ events!!

  I can't thank John Hockberger (Photophrapher) enough for his hard work and excellent communication! Throughout the entire process he was professional, helpful, easy to work with, and helped us feel comfortable in front of the camera. He captured so many beautiful pictures. I just loved the candid shots of the children playing and my friends and family having fun. Most people have to wait a long time to see proofs, but he posted my wedding photos in less than 2 weeks.
  John Christopher Pignanelli (DJ) was so easy to work during the planning. He responded immediately to any questions that we had. The first meeting with us, we already felt comfortable and he’s very knowledgeable. The website they have was very helpful with setting up my wedding timeline, selecting songs, and making payments. He was so open to our suggestions and came up with ways to make the event even better than we had hoped.
  
  We are extremely pleased and I would definitely recommend Media Mix Entertainment to anyone looking for a great DJ and Photographer!!!

  The vendor was a delight to work with! John was informative and available to answer questions leading up to our wedding. He was extremely helpful, easy to work with, and made the whole process easy. Our DJ, Mike, was great! He kept the party going and worked really well with us. Overall, it was a great experience and they were both wonderful to work with!!

  John was great to work with for our DJ for our wedding! We also bundled the DJ package with a photobooth which was a great cost saving for us. John was always responsive and provided great insight and options on organizing the flow our our evening. People were on the dance floor the whole night and he did a great job with the ending night "songs" I would recommend John and Media Mix to all my friends!

  Gina, Mike and Scott provided amazing service at my wedding. I was a little bit of a difficult bride but they adjusted to all of my last minute changes and requests without fail. They truly went above and beyond my expectations and everyone that joined us for our special day had a great time. And throughout all of the planning, John was patient and worked with me to get all of my details lined out.

  John put his heart and soul into making sure that we got what we wanted on our wedding day. He is extremely knowledgable and willing to work through every need. He kept the flow of the party going and made sure that the dance floor was never empty. He was efficient, friendly, and determined to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. I would recommend him and have recommended him others.
  
  Photo booth- Provided great props, a nice scrapbook for others to write in, a flash drive with all the pictures. The staff for the photo booth were great.

  Excellent all-around. John (DJ) and Gina (photographer) were prompt, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. On the day of the wedding, whenever we needed to find one of them, esp Gina, I would turn around and they were already right there! My favorite feature Media Mix offers is the database in which we could fill out on our own time: the ceremony program, select any songs we wanted/didn't want, photography shots we definitely wanted/didn't want, etc. I also believe they are affordable for the quality of work they provide.

  John was a great asset to my wedding day. During the whole planning process he was very organized and responsive. I loved the website portal, it made it so easy for the planning process as well as making payments. We had calls and met in person when needed to finalize some details. During the big day I felt like John completely understood the vibe we were going for. The music selection was great and exactly what my groom and I wanted. Multiple guests came up to me during and after the wedding to compliment the music and how great the party was. I also had a request for him not to take requests from the guests which he did with great professionalism. I have nothing but great things to say, and you should hire John for your wedding or big event!

  John Christopher was truly an easy delight to work with! Everything from arrival to completion of the event was smooth and flawless with his services. He is very attentive to the crowd and knows how to react appropriately to keep everyone happy. I could not be more impressed with his services and the company in general. Will definitely use them again in the near future and recommend to all!

  So amazing! We met Media Mix at a Bridal Show and noticed their video so much more clear than others. In speaking with them they weren't on the prowl to book us but ready to listen and offer expertise. I wanted low key and low tech but my, Fiancé, wanted lights and video etc.
  
  Media mix was able to deliver the high tech my husband wanted but it was very tasteful and surpassed my expectations. We had them make the dance floor white and they matched our gobo light to the floor monogram and also created a video version to play on the huge video screen between our photos, videos and watching ourselves dance on screen... so fun!
  
  We're waiting on our photo proofs but have already seen our highlight video, it's so wonderful. Everything from the announcements to the lighting, the photo and video team and the great music, we truly had the time of our lives.

  Lets start with some WOW! Extremely Happy together and with Media Mix. It was more then what we thought we would end up spending on a DJ. I have a family member back in the south that does weddings, and I used to help out on the weekends. It's called Dance Dance Dance and it's in a small town called Evansville, IL.   After meeting John the first time we both felt Media Mix was the best choice. We were planning from out of state and had limited time to be here. They have an amazing planning system tied to their site which made it so much easier. The next few times we came to town we got to meet our DJ, Photographer and Videographer at our location.

  After meeting John the first time we both felt Media Mix was the best choice. We were planning from out of state and had limited time to be here. They have an amazing planning system tied to their site which made it so much easier. The next few times we came to town we got to meet our DJ, Photographer and Videographer at our location.

  We used Media Mix Entertainment and John Christopher Pignanelli for our DJ at our wedding on 8/23/14. John was easy to work with and accessible leading up to the wedding as we had multiple phone calls with him to go over how we wanted the night to work. When the wedding day came he was very professional and kept the dance floor packed the whole night with great music. I would give Media Mix Entertainment a serious look if you need a DJ in Chicago.

  Media Mix DJ Will Pagan kept our whole party entertained. He was ON every moment and transitioned our magic moments perfectly. Gina seemed to capture the perfect shots! She was everywhere! Can't wait to see her work on the final photos. Scott was so easy to work with and was definitely on the run as proof in lots of pics taken by family. We had an amazing time and knew an hour in that we were in good hands with Media Mix! Thanks to your whole team John!

  We had John with Mediamix entertainment as our dj. From the beginning I loved working with them. John did not pressure me into making a decision and answers all of my questions when ever I had them. A lot of company's will try to pressure you into picking their company. I met the djs at a bridal show. John was so professional, gave his input when I asked for his suggestions and he was so flexible with his time. I found out about a month before my wedding that there would be another event in my reception room up until one hour before my reception was to begin. When John found out he told me that he would be there before that time and be ready to set up. When it came to the introductions he made sure everyone knew where they were going and in what order, which made me very comfortable. During the reception most people left after the dinner but John kept the party going! He honestly did an amazing job and I am so happy I picked him and his company as our wedding Djs. Also, their wedding site where you set up all your music is a life saver! You basically plan your wedding the way you want and pick all of your songs. I enjoyed being able to pick what my priority songs, secondary songs and being able to out certain songs on the do not play list! Just something else to think about.
