  The coolest wedding photographer in the game

  May is a dream to work with! Not only do we love our wedding photos, but she and her husband, Chase, are just good people. She helped us create our wedding timeline based on the photo schedule and she thought of every detail -- even coordinating the ring box she used in our "details" photos to make sure it matched the colors of our wedding. She is easy going and fun and I'm obsessed with our pictures. She captured our personality and even worked with our dog to make sure she looked picture perfect for our special day. We love her!

  1000% Happy Results Guaranteed!!

  I don’t know if I could ever find the words to truly express how happy we are to have had May be our wedding photographer. Let me start by saying she is an absolutely beautiful person, inside and out. She just radiates with a love and passion for her work and her clients. We had the pleasure of having her husband be our second shooter and he was just as amazing and so funny! What a fantastic couple! We honestly just wanted to take her and her husband back with us to Lubbock to be our best friends! And our photographs—oh man, so so beautiful! They look like they lept out of a bridal magazine! Her style is so romantic and and just realistic; not heavily filtered. I wanted the photos to seem as if you were there in real life and she managed to nail it! Just crisp and clean and so obvious that she is top notch in her field. She is talented beyond words! We just adore her and will definitely continue to have her capture more moments in the future. We’ve already gone back to see her for our 1st year anniversary photo shoot! She’s just amazing! There should be no hesitation about whether to hire May, 1000% happy results guaranteed! Prepare to be blown away!💗

  May has been so amazing through out our whole wedding, from consultation to engagement pics to the wedding. Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond anyone’s control some of my wedding pictures were lost. I was/am very sad about this. However, May has been the epitome of professionalism. She was clear, upfront, and honest about the situation and was genuinely apologetic and empathetic toward us and the situation at hand and has done everything in her power to make it right. I acknowledge the fact no one could have done anything to prevent this from happening and it isn’t May’s fault at all but she owned it and has done her best to make the best out of a bad situation. I highly recommend May Carlson Photography for not only her amazing photography (which is truly exceptional) but her commitment to customer satisfaction and professionalism. Thank you so much May for everything you do. ❤️

  May and her photographs will forever hold a special place in my heart. I am very awkward in front of the camera and May was able to make me feel at ease and in turn captured stunning moments from our lakeside wedding. I was impressed with May from the day we signed our contract. She was easy to talk to, understood what we were looking for, and was incredibly professional on our wedding day. I can't sing enough praises about May and her wonderful assistants. She captured the happiest day of my life and I will forever be grateful!

  May Carlson and her team are quite possibly the BEST to work with when it comes to photography. She is professional yet very personal and really gets to know you as a couple before planning your wedding. She was very honest, patient, and flexible with us and made working with her more of an experience than a job. And her pictures are just as great as her personality-- I am so incredibly happy with our engagement shoot and have only seen previews of the wedding photos but am already blown away.
  
  She has an incredible gift and I would highly recommend her!

  May is super sweet, hardworking, and poetically talented! Where do I start? She photographed our San Antonio River Walk/ Pearl engagement session. We loved her work and felt so comfortable with her, there was no one else we we could imagine capturing our Annapolis, MD bayside wedding. May and Maggie delivered gorgeous photographs of our beautiful day, despite large families, some disorganization on my part that she smoothed out, and all the elements of a beach on a warm summer day. The emotion in the candids she captured just blew me away. Also, her classic style and use of actual film really appealed to me. Every time I look at our photos I find new treasures ❤. She is amazing.
