We enjoyed working with Jelani for our wedding. I count my blessings every time I look at the photos he took for us. I would've paid more for his services (I told him to charge more) and I highly recommend Jelani if you're in San Antonio and need a photographer.

Jelani was very professional and has a great way of combining structured photos with the relaxed and caught by surprise photos. He was able to select their perfect backgrounds with what he had to work with. He is very personable as well. This way he is able to capture more of the real you. The wedding pictures he took were so stunning. I will use him for all future professional photos that the family needs from now on. I highly recommend.

I was drawn to photography before I began studying the craft. There existed an undeniable pull to see through the camera's lens and capture the still moments of life. My mom gave me my first camera when I was 7 years old. It was a retro Kodak that photographed film. I immediately fell in love with taking photos and getting them processed. I was fortunate enough to grow up in a home where film was processed in a dark room. These are fond memories from growing up with a photographer mother. This was a part of my childhood and I thank my mother for introducing me to photography.
