From the second I met Jonhy, I knew he and Rose were the perfect fit. We did an engagement shoot during our site visit and not only were the photos amazing, but they were SO fun to work with.

Working with Jonhy and Rose Photography was one of the absolute highlights of our wedding experience! From the moment we met them, we knew we were in the best hands. We were lucky enough to meet them twice before our wedding day, and each time was so much fun—they instantly made us feel comfortable and excited for the big day.
Their direction was truly priceless! They brought such a clear, creative vision, even showing us inspiration photos on the spot to help guide our poses and get the perfect shots. Their energy was so welcoming, fun, and encouraging, and they made every moment feel natural and joyful.
On our wedding day, they worked seamlessly with our videography team (who they introduced us to! My Love Films), and it felt like we were hanging out with our friends. Mensch Batista wedding
Jonhy and Rose were phenomenal for our June 2025 wedding. They were early to our event which I love and I’m pretty sure left a little late. They gave us lots of direction, which I appreciate, on hand placement, bending my leg etc, to obtain the perfect pictures. They made me us feel comfortable and at ease. They were so fun to work with. We met via zoom a week prior to the wedding and they were really knowledgeable in photography and about the resort we got married at (finest playa mujeres). I had inspo pictures and they knew exactly where in the hotel the inspo picture was taken. Even though the contract said no speak peaks they sent me soooo many sneak pics. The pictures are magical. The captured the moment beautifully. You can tell they really enjoy their work. They are a power couple!! 🤍✨ they also worked very well with our videographers Mylove films. 🩵 -

Couldn’t be happier!
We booked Johny and Rose somewhat last minute after canceling our other photographer. I was so stressed and nervous booking a last minute photographer. But Johny and Rose truly delivered! They helped my husband and I feel comfortable and they knew our venue inside and out. My husband and I just kept repeating how lucky we are the other photographer fell through. Jonhy and Rose were amazing to work with from start to
finish. They were so professional and so fun. It was super windy and on the verge of rain during the ceremony and immediately after and they worked fast and hard to capture the most amazing pictures!!! They had the perfect poses for the bride and groom! Everyone raved how wonderful they turned out. They did not over edit them and instead used their skills to bring out the beauty. In a Facebook group of 25,000 travel advisors, many said these were the best wedding pics they have ever seen from a destination wedding. Amazing and highly recommend! -

Jonhy and Rose Photographers are an absolute dream team, and I can't say enough great things about our experience working with them. They were awesome from the very beginning of our wedding planning process all the way through the end of our wedding day. Their level of expertise and dedication was a huge part of making our day as special as it was.
In the year leading up to our wedding, they were incredibly communicative and always very prompt in responding to our many, many questions and emails. Their thoroughness and eagerness to discuss our vision and goals in the months prior made us confident that we could trust them with all of the details during the wedding.
On the big day, Jonhy & Rose were fantastic. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and efficiency were very impressive. The entire team worked seamlessly together and made us all feel comfortable and confident. From the getting-ready shots to the dance party, they were committed to ensuring that no key moment was missed.
What stood out most was that they had a clear vision for each set of photos. They approached every shot with creativity and purpose, providing clear and specific instructions to ensure that we looked our best – especially since it was many of our first times taking professional photos like this. Their ability to organize the group shots efficiently was impressive. It was clear that they had thoughtfully planned each moment of the shoot in advance and our final collection of photos really reflects that.
Everyone commented that they could really feel the team’s genuine enthusiasm and passion and this energy made the photos not just a task to check off, but actually an enjoyable and memorable part of the day.
Also, the turnaround time for receiving our photos was surprisingly quick, and the quality exceeded our expectations. We loved the virtual gallery platform they use and it made it so easy to view, share and download the photos.

When planning our destination wedding, photography was one of the elements we were most excited and nervous for. The resort we selected for our wedding had a photographer, however they did not match our style. Once we looked at bringing in an external vendor johny and rose’s talent was a clear winner to us. Not only was their photography style clean, light and airy but they are fantastic people to work with. They love what they do and it shows. They bring such a positive energy and work so efficiently to capture all of your precious moments. They are everywhere and nowhere at the same time! It was incredible to us how well they were able to capture our moments without feeling like they were all around us. They have an incredible talent and they are worth every cent! Jonhy & Rose made such a dynamic duo. They made a stressful time so much fun. They were punctual with time and very organized, considering we had such a large bridal party. Their talent truly showed throughout the time we spent with them. My husband and I felt comfortable during our romantic shoot. Rose was a complete DOLL and was literally feeding me apps, got me a cold beverage and was fanning me down since it was 100 degrees. Our photos came out beyond what I could imagine. Absolutely amazing.
Jonhy and rose were absolutely amazing from start to finish. They were so responsive when we first reached out, provided us with all our options and helped us decide what would be best for us. They kept in touch until the wedding day and gave us tips on what to bring for detail photos, etc. They showed up on time and made my husband and I and our entire bridal party and family feel so comfortable the entire time, especially on such a sometimes stressful day. They had our photos to us in only a week and they are everything we wanted and more. Airy, classy, timeless and beautiful. Planning a destination wedding can be incredibly stressful! Especially when you're looking for a local photographer in the destination in which you'll be hosting your wedding. The best decision that I made was to hire Jonhy & Rose to capture our wedding at Dreams Playa Mujeres. Jonhy was incredibly thorough and responsive with all communication leading up to the wedding. He provided a very detailed timeline for the wedding day and was more than happy to accommodate any of my adjustments. Jonhy & Rose together are the dream team! When I first stumbled upon Jonhy & Rose I was immediately in awe of their photos from previous weddings & I knew I wanted to book them right away for one of the happiest days of our lives! From the beginning they were so responsive and extremely accommodating to our needs and the vision we had for our wedding. We ran a bit behind, which isn’t uncommon for my husband and I, and they did everything to make sure that we got every photo that we wanted and that we didn’t miss anything, including running around the huge resort to photograph everything we had envisioned. I can’t thank them enough for their time and the effort on a very stressful, but beautiful day. The Absolute Best
We hired Jonhy and Rose to capture our May 2022 wedding. I'm so glad we did! We loved his style and he made us feel so comfortable all day long, which is a huge plus for someone that doesn't love their photo taken! I am still blown away by Jonhy and team! They are seriously the sweetest people, first of all. They were so responsive prior to our arrival and throughout the whole the whole process.
They gave great direction and took our opinions and thoughts to heart. Even though my husband and I are in the production world, we are never the ones being shot, so we appreciated their guidance
They are also so fun! Making not only us but our whole crew laugh, keeping things light and allowing us the space to be fun

I cannot say enough how grateful I was that Jonhy & Rose Adan were part of my husband's and I wedding ceremony in Cancun, MX. Even while dealing with all the pandemic issues and having to reschedule our wedding multiple times Jonhy was always great at communicating and making us feel at ease. On the wedding day, he showed up on time with his assistant and most importantly with a great attitude. We had some hiccups during our ceremony while running late and having to change the venue due to weather and they did not miss a beat! Our photos look straight out of a magazine and our video was absolutely beautiful, I always say choosing Jonhy & Rose Adan as our photographers was the best decision we made! :) -

Go ahead and do yourself a favor by hiring Jonhy and Rosa as your photographers. They brought THE best energy combo- Johny: outgoing, encouraging, hype man + Rosa: calm, attentive, detail-oriented. They allowed us to share Pinterest inspo and really tried to incorporate it. They were so fluid and also allowed us to go with our vibe on the day. I was so hot and drained after the ceremony I didn’t want more pics so they gave me a fan and a chair and went to take more pics of the guests at cocktail hour!! They have been an absolute joy, and I will be booking all future family pictures with them and them only -

Incredible photog!
When we were planning a destination wedding, the non-negotiable vendor was a top level photographer. Jonhy gave that to us and beyond. The photos he took and the moments he captured are absolutely stunning and honestly look like they belong in a magazine. My husband and I are very nervous in front of the camera and their team made us feel so comfortable and relaxed and captured these beautiful moments in a way that I will be able to enjoy for the rest of my life. I could not have asked for anything more when it comes to our photographers. Every single shot I requested was captured and was absolutely phenomenal. Their team elevated our day and immortalized it like no one else could. We were very nervous to hire photographers out of the country that we have never met, but Jonhy and Rose were absolutely incredible. Every email was answered immediately even if it was 10 o’clock on a Sunday night. He constantly followed up, checked in and reassured. I wish every destinations bride was able to experience these photographers. My bar is extremely high and honestly the beyond delivered. All of our photos belong on Pinterest!!! Best Money I Spent

Jonhy Adan is one of the best photographers in Cancun. Since the moment I looked at his work, I knew he was going to be my photographer. His pictures are airy, clear, soft and high quality resolution. He is very responsive and takes his job very seriously. He's friendly and makes you feel comfortable since the beginning. He pays attention to detail and is very patient. He also suggests different poses to capture the best moments. My boyfriend and I are very pleased with his work. We are over the moon about the photos and services Jonhy provided for our wedding day. I stumbled on his work online while randomly googling photographers in the Riviera Maya and I'm so happy I did! He was extremely professional, he gave great direction, he worked quickly and efficiently, and he was genuinely sweet and fun to work with. The photos were absolutely breathtaking and were available within just 2 days (I still don't understand how he edited/organized/etc in such a short time but I'm impressed). His prices were extremely reasonable and for the quality of work that he did I would have expected to pay a lot more. I would recommend him a million times over. -

Rosa and Jonhy were super nice, professional, responsive, flexible, easy to work with, trustworthy and have reasonable pricing. I didn't feel they were trying to charge more because we were coming from the U.S., which I really appreciated because we already had such a huge expense with having a destination wedding with 100 guests.
After reading some great reviews about their work, I was pleasantly surprised when I reached out late at night one evening to request a quote. I didn't expect to hear back until at least the next morning but I heard back right away! They were always super courteous and responsive and that put me at ease since I was planning our wedding from Seattle, WA. I would highly recommend their services. Their team did a great job at both our engagement photo shoot and on our wedding day. We will definitely contact them for at least couple/ family photos if we're ever in the Riviera Maya again.

Jonhy impressed us so much as our engagement picture photographer at our vacation in Tulum, Mexico. The weather was unpredictable and he was so flexible with adjusting the time to have the best lighting for our photos. He was so professional and made us feel very comfortable (since this was our first time taking professional couples photos). He had our pictures ready the NEXT DAY and they were all so beautiful. We would recommended Jonhy to anyone looking for an amazing photographer! -

I came to Cancun for a vacation with my now fiance. My fiance planned out the whole proposal at Punta Sur, Isla Mujeres and hired Jonhy to be our photographer. He was hands down the BEST photographer in Mexico. He captured every moment of the proposal, took spectacular shots with the background - I still feel like everything is a dream. His turnaround time for the pictures was 24 hours - and every picture was picture perfect. If you're in the area and need a professional shoot - hire him. He's your money's worth and more. I am so happy! my fiance and I decided to go with Jonhy for our engagement pictures!!! Besides the fact that the pictures came out absolutely beautiful, Jonhy was very patient and coordinated our photo session so well! I am in love with our pictures!!

Aaaaaaamazing
Jonhy is an amazing photographer and you can really tell he is very passionate and dedicated to what he does.
He was so easy to communicate with and responded to my emails right away.
He had so many suggestions as to where the photos should be taken based on what I asked for.
Once meeting with him, he was so sweet and made us feel so comfortable right away.
I made a comment that my "good side" is my left side and he made sure that most pictures were taken with that side which shows that he listens and cares about what his clients want.
He had great suggestions on how to pose and paid attention to the smallest details of making sure the hair was a certain way and hands were positioned naturally. Overall he is an amazing photographer, I'd use him again and again and wish I could fly him for my wedding in NY!

Where do I start ... Jonhy and his team are extremely professional and know what they are doing! Johny was able to capture my wedding on the beach, in the rain! I wasn't sure what to expect from the photos, but once I received them, I was surprised and ecstatic with how they came out! Jonhy has an eye and knows what photos to capture. Not to mention that he and his team are an absolute dream to work with. They are very professional, helpful, extremely responsive and amazing to work! Hire them!
We are so glad we hired Jonhy and Rose! They are extremely kind and very professional. Our wedding planner also loved working with them. We used this vendor for our save the date photos as well as our wedding day photos. We love their "light and airy" style and how the photos turned out. Some of the pictures did have a heavy amount of editing (trying to open eyes that were closed) and we are still trying to get these original photos to have more natural copies of our family pictures. -
