  Jay Roberts always delivers an exceptional product! The staff there is wonderful. They personally made my engagement ring dreams come true. They worked with my fiance to find the perfect stone and setting for my engagement ring. They make sure you are happy with the product prior to your purchase which is wonderful! My fiance worked directly with Jay, Jake and a few other members of their team to achieve the most amazing result. We will be going back there for our wedding bands!

  I couldn't have asked for a better experience when buying a ring. April, Jake, and the entire staff were incredibly helpful, especially for someone who answered most of their questions with, "ummm," "I don't know," and "maybe." After I picked my ring they shipped it to me in Phoenix overnight and I had it the next day! My fiance and everyone loved it and it was WAAAAAY under what I was expecting to pay. I can't imagine there is a better jewelry store out there, I will only recommend them to my friends and family. Love you guys!!

  My fiancé and I came here in search of tacori engagement rings and found the ring of my dreams. Everything went smoothly and he dealt directly with the owner Jay. Couldn't be happier with my perfect ring!!

  My fiancé had a good experience here when he purchased my engagement ring last year, so we went in together to look at wedding rings. The person who helped us was Joel. He was very friendly and easy going, not pushy at all, and helped us find exactly what we were looking for without going over budget. This is the store where we will be going for all future jewelry purchases.

  I used the branch in massachusetts it was the roberts jewelers in canton,mass and they were more than helpful, our rings were amazing and they worked very closely with us for many days or even over months until we were ready to pick them up, they worked with us and let us see the progress every step of the way! I loved them and the pricing for what we were able to afford was incredible!
