My fiancé surprised me with my engagement ring from Dondero's and I absolutely love it! He says they were very accommodating and he didn't feel rushed while looking at the rings they had to offer. As the engagement was a surprise, the ring was a bit big for my finger. We took it back to Dondero's and they resized the ring for free. They also provided free rhodium plating for free for the first year which I took advantage of. When I got my ring back after rhodium plating, it look brand new like the first day I got it.

I walked in with my bride to pick out our wedding bands and we were absolutely awestruck with the beautiful array of bands they offered. The staff was extremely helpful and the process was super efficient. The store is pristine and the staff is very knowledgeable. Not only were the bands we chose the perfect ones for us, but the payment plan they offered for the bands was perfect as well.
