My fiancé and I had gone to this jeweler on the recommendation of a family member for a completely different reason before we got engaged and had an amazing experience. Joe was so straight forward and knowledgeable and willing to help us in any way he could. Not knowing that my boyfriend (at the time) was planning to propose soon, as we walked out I said, "Well I know where my engagement ring is coming from!". My now fiancé went back the next week with my mom and picked out an absolutely gorgeous engagement ring, the first one Joe showed them after he described what I liked. It's perfect! I can't wait to go back and pick out my wedding band!
