  Best Wedding Caterer Ever!

  Chef Karl and his team catered for our wedding in Blairsville a few weekends ago. He was highly recommended by the owner/coordinator of our venue. When we initially reached out, Karl and his wife were very helpful as we went back and forth on a menu. They were very patient with us as we are foodies and wanted to have the best of the best at our wedding. When we went to visit Karl for a tasting, he and his team were so kind and accommodating. We initially bonded with him because we had similar tastes in music :) It was a sign that we had to use Epic Catering for our special day! Karl and I went back and forth for months on renting plateware, changing proteins, you name it and he made it happen. He even delivered the plateware a few days early so my wedding coordinator could set up the reception hall. Talk about bending over backward to make our special day perfect!
  
  Every single one of our guests complimented the flavor of the food. A handful of them said it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding! My husband and I took one bite and we were blown away. We are probably the only couple that actually ate dinner at their wedding :)
  
  We cannot thank Karl and his team enough! They were so kind and made sure we had everything we needed. Even our guests mentioned how nice they were. I don't think we could have chosen a better team to cater our special day.

  Amazing food!!

  Karl and his crew did our rehearsal dinner and reception! It was absolutely delicious! His servers and bar tenders were absolutely amazing and so nice!! The food was absolutely amazing!!!

  Epic catering is the best catering in north georgia!

  We had a vegetarian wedding and we were nervous about finding a quality caterer in north Georgia, but Chef Karl was amazing! Even though he said he'd never done a veggie wedding before, people were raving about how great the food was and multiple people told me after the wedding that it made them want to cook everything vegetarian =) Thank you Epic Catering!!!

  Epic Catering did such an amazing job for our wedding! The food was amazing and the guests all commented on how delicious it was. Karl worked with me throughout the entire process so we could create the wedding of our dreams. We picked the BBQ menu and added a few appetizers to be passed around during the cocktail hour! Everything was so good and the servers provided did everything to make sure our guests were taken care of. Karl also added a couple of extra servings for our vegan guests and they were blown away with how delicious their food was. I can't thank Epic Catering enough for their great service and tasty food!

  Kat provided us with picnic style rehearsal dinner fare as well as the more formal feast for the wedding. Whether it is fabulous "feast for the eye as well as the palate" or down home delicious comfort food, every dish Kat created was mouth-wateringly delicious. At the rehearsal dinner, the pulled pork was groan-worthy. Our vegetarian guests raved about the fresh green bean, blue cheese salad. Everyone went back for 2nds and 3rds for her cole slaw and baked beans. At the wedding dinner, her steak pinwheels were beautiful and delicious. The Parmesan chicken tenders succulent. Her vegetable dishes were a melody of colors and tastes: yellow, green, purple and red to tantalize the eye and stomach. Kat's staff, who also assisted with the champagne toast, were a delight. Wish we could give them greater that 5 stars.

  Will not work with you

  We were referred to epic catering by our venue because we were told they are flexible and would work with us since we do not live in Georgia . We tryed to booked a tasting they insisted it had to be on a Sunday witch I told them we probably couldn’t do that but they didn’t want to work with us . So I reached out again making sure we could be in town on a Sunday for them to throw up the fact I couldn’t have made the first tasting and they have booked that date . So heads up out of town brides this is not the person you want for your wedding
