If you're hosting a cocktail reception, we offer a variety of regional classics like wild-caught shrimp cocktails and top-your-own-grits bars. Delicious, fresh seafood options, including oysters mignonette, snow crab claws, and teriyaki-poached mussels, can also be prepared. Buffet selections feature innovative salads, such as Asian citrus slaw, and mouth-watering mains, like pan-seared salmon and roast beef tenderloin. Family-style plates are also available accompanied by unique sides such as parmesan and black pepper mashed potatoes and smoked maple Brussels sprouts. As a sweet conclusion to your meal, Vince and his team are happy to craft chocolate éclairs, key lime tarts, peach cobbler, and more.
