Country Club Wedding Venues in Wilmington

My wedding day was April 8, 2023 at Heritage Shores Club. It was an amazing day. The attention to detail, flexibility, fair pricing, and accommodations are all fabulous. Beth is amazing. I highly recommend this venue for any event.

Lizette and her team are incredible! They did such a great job taking our ideas and bringing the vision to life. The planning process was extremely clear and very smooth. The team had everything set up beautifully and the timing was exact, nothing fell behind schedule. The entire service staff was amazing and the food was delicious. They really allowed us to be in the moment of the day rather than stressing about the logistics. We loved our wedding at Deerfield and couldn’t recommend this venue more!

The absolute best venue ever!! The staff here is so amazing. The day of, everyone was so nice and willing to help in any way possible. You could tell they really cared about making it the best day for us. Autumn, the wedding coordinator truly made our experience so special! From the moment we met her, we knew we were in great hands. Our families and wedding party still talk about how amazing she is.. we all miss her! She has the bubbliest personality and genuinely cares about all her couples. I cannot say enough good things about her. We wouldn’t have had the same experience without her! The venue speaks for itself. You can see all of ocean city, making it the perfect back drop for your ceremony and pictures! There are so many places to take photos and everywhere you look is a great background! I loved having the bridal suite to get ready in with all my bridesmaids. Nick & his groomsmen loved playing golf the day before! The bar is separate from the dance floor so it never feels too crowded. Many people took advantage of the patio outside and hung out there. It was truly the perfect place for all our guests! The gazebo is stunning for the ceremony! The BEST part… we got to bring our sweet golden retriever to take pictures with us which are our favorite pictures ever!! We wish we could relive this day all over again. Thank you to the staff for making it the best day ever!! HIGHLY recommend having your wedding or next event here!!!

This place is perfect for weddings i got married in January and despite of the weather they make my dream come true it was beyond perfect truly recommend this place!

We had our wedding reception at the DuPont Country Club and it was hands-down the best decision we made. From the start, Kayla was so professional, communicative, and transparent about everything - pricing, packages, etc. We got two beautiful reception rooms for the price of one, and the entire staff was so accommodating to any and all requests that we had! They include so much for the price. Our banquet captain on the day of our wedding, Cathy, was also very professional, paid attention to every detail for us, and was just so caring to make sure that my husband, me, and our families had to worry about literally nothing. I cannot recommend this venue enough. I wish I could re-live the best day of my life 1000x over again!

We had our wedding at Bayside in September 2025 and it was absolute dream come true. Katlyn was such a pleasure to work with! She was always so responsive and kind. So many of our guests told us how amazing she was! The food, service, staff and whole entire venue was perfect. We got married at The Point and it was beautiful. We will never forget this day and will forever have so many great things to say about Bayside!! 10/10 would recommend!

I don't even know where to begin. WOW. Chelsea instantly felt like a friend, personalizing every exchange and showing genuine interest in our happiness. We still talk and its 10 months later. I was in town for something else and unexpectedly discovered the venue. I requested to visit and less than 24 hours later there was a "Welcome Krystina" sign ...where else do you see that responsiveness, care, and effort on details. In that moment I knew this was going to be our venue! Chelsea kept in constant communication, and since we lived three hours away, provided us with a list of trusted vendors. We got married during a pandemic and I never once had to ask for status updates, Chelsea was always one step ahead. When there was concern over the limits of attendees and an additional tent was suggested, I expressed concern over the increase in cost and she worked with us to problem solve. "This is what I'm here for, we will make it work"...the words of an angel. The whole staff was friendly, the site is BEAUTIFUL! The men enjoyed reduced rate golfing on an exceptional course. Chelsea was 8 months pregnant and still a ROCK STAR. Everyone raved about the food, the set up, and the sunset. I'm so thankful we "stumbled" upon the Bear Trap Dunes for our happily ever after.

The venue was everything I hoped for and more. The entry foyer and ballroom were stunning with ornate wood details on the bar and throughout the room. The tables and food display were beautifully set and the food was excellent. All of my guests kept commenting on how great the food was along with the room layout. The bartender and waitress were very pleasant, great to work with and took care of all of our needs promptly and efficiently. I will definitely book there again when a need arises. Also the banquet department coordinator was super helpful with the planning and very easy to work with. Karen Watts

We had the most perfect wedding and wedding planning experience thanks to the Rehoboth Beach Country Club! Andra was great to work with throughout the whole process and the on-site staff the day of the wedding are amazing. From the venue, to the food, to the layout, and the service, we could not have asked for a more perfect day. Thank you for everything!

I went to visit the venue before my scheduled consultation due to a last minute opening in my schedule. I met with Jenny, she was so nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. I was able to describe my vision and she put all of the pieces together and created a proposal that was well within my budget. This is a beautiful venue and would recommend it to anyone!
