Abi is amazing!
I first contacted Cupcake Photography online after seeing Abi’s beautiful work on Instagram. Even through email, she was so easy to talk to! From emails alone, I already knew she would be this extra sweet, bubbly and kind person. Once we had our first zoom call, we instantly clicked. I felt like I was talking to a friend that I’d known for years. And I knew she’d be the one to capture our wedding day.
I let Abi know these would be our first professional photos together and we were a bit nervous. She reassured me that she’d talk us through everything and make it fun. And she definitely did! We had our first session for engagement pictures and we had a great time. The nerves quickly faded and we had a blast. During this session, we really got to know each and just enjoy the moment. We laughed, we joked and we were so happy that Abi made us feel comfortable. I felt like we were Besties and I couldn’t wait for our next meeting.
Our next session was Bridal Portraits. Oh em gee. By this time I felt way more confident in front of her camera. The weather this day was perfect and she made the afternoon an unforgettable one. She was so patient as we adjusted for each shot in a new area. Abi is that bestie that hypes you up to work the camera. It was the absolute best! She’s also very detail oriented, which I appreciated so much. Dress not fluffed to perfection? She’s there. Veil looking a mess? She’s got it. Accessories not laying right? She’s got you!
Wedding day was here in a blink of an eye and as soon as Abi arrived, I felt this sense of relief. Her second shooter, Jen, was also so sweet and nice to everyone as well. They are definitely two peas in a pod and you can just tell they truly enjoy working along side one another. There were many hiccups throughout wedding day and Abi + Jen reassured me everything would turn out just fine. All night they were so wonderful and so respectful to everyone. They both helped the night continue to flow smoothly and we will never forget that.
My emotions after receiving each of these galleries; my goodness! So many happy tears. We were overcome with gratitude. We were beyond thankful for everything Abi did for us. From the check in texts, to our emails, our meetings for sessions in between and keeping us on time during our wedding day. Abi is a very kind, humble, professional, honest and extremely talented individual. It’s clearly evident that she has such a passion for photography. She made this entire process easy and very enjoyable. I could literally go on and on about Abi and how incredibly sweet she is. I felt like I could talk to her about anything! After everything, we consider Abi a wonderful friend.
One thing I learned during the wedding process is this: Photographs are one of the only things left to remember your special day. We will undoubtedly cherish them for a lifetime and share them with our children one day. Getting to relive our entire day by going through our photos is something we hold very dear to our hearts. We highly recommend Abi with Cupcake Photography and we are certain we will have her capture many more photographs in the future. Thank you again, Abi! We can’t thank you enough. We love you! -

How do I give Abi more than 5 stars? It’s hard to express in words how amazing she is both as a person and as a photographer. My husband and I couldn’t agree more that finding Abi while searching for our dream wedding photographer was the best thing that happened to us. We instantly fell in love with her work. So much detail went into the planning of our wedding and we kept reading and receiving the same recommendation over and over. “The most important element of your wedding is the photographer.”
So glad we listened! Abi really exceeded our expectations and did an incredible job capturing all of our special moments of the night. She is the definition of awesome! From the moment we met her there was a special connection which gave us the confidence to know we were in good hands. On our wedding day, Abi was very prepared and she knew just the right words to say to make us look our best. Her positive energetic attitude really helps you relax and have fun! She knows the perfect angles and positions for beautiful and flattering shots. Abi is the absolute best! -

I truly cannot say enough about Abi! She is everything you would want in a photographer. Abi made my husband and I feel so special and got to know our spirit as a couple. She was able to take the most beautiful candid shots that showed our personality. Abi gives you so many shots that it is so hard to pick a favorite. She is incredible to work with not only as a photographer but as a person. Weddings can be stressful, but Abi made our experience fun and relaxing. I love that our photos came back to us so quickly and that we have access to the digital library to pick and choose the photos we want to print. There is not a better photographer out there, we love Abi! -

Beautiful, Thoughtful Photography
I loved working with Abi! She made me feel so comfortable from the moment I met her. We had our consult over the phone and it felt like I was talking to a friend that I’d known for years. We had our engagement photo session at the pearl and it felt like we were the only people there, hanging out on a beautiful Sunday afternoon. We kept in contact throughout our entire engagement so I couldn’t wait to work with her again on our wedding day. She arrived right on time and followed the schedule we worked out in advance. Our bridal party felt so comfortable with her and the guys loved working with her husband. She got us teasers in a couple of days and my family loved them! Every photograph was beautiful and everything I dreamt of. It’s clear that she loves what she does and truly cares about the couples she works with. I would recommend her to every couple looking for a photographer! -

Amazing pictures even more amazing person!
Words cannot even begin to express how amazing Abi is! She took our engagement photos and I knew immediately after I wanted her to photograph our wedding. Honestly, I would have chose our wedding date around her availability if I had to, that’s how amazing she is. Not only does she take BEAUTIFUL pictures, but is on top of everything along the way, making sure to keep you up to date. She was so patient on our wedding day and made sure we stayed on schedule. I felt as if a friend was photographing our wedding. I am so lucky I found her to capture our special day. -

Not only are her pictures beautiful and romantic, but she has a way of supporting a couple and becoming like family (even to your family and friends). My husband and I don't like taking photos, but Abi did an awesome job about making us excited for our wedding pictures. She helped me drag my big dress around a national park and even helped me in the ladies room! What a trooper! She and her husband did our destination wedding. They took on the adventure to drive us for hours for our pics and we couldn't be more grateful. Ivan, her husband is the sweetest. They gave us our privacy when needed and space to be in the moment yet kept our energy up when we needed it even with snacks. She is so professional, learning all about our destination and even finding great spots before our special day. You can't go wrong choosing cupcake photography ! Thank you Abby and Ivan for the most epic wedding pictures of all time.

I fell in love instantly and knew I had to speak with Abi ASAP. Thankfully we were able to book Abi, because the engagement, Bridal portraits, and wedding day photography have all been an absolute dream come true. Abi is so easy to talk to...one conversation with her and it feels like speaking to an old friend. She is sweet, personable, and oh-so accommodating! Payment plans were a must for us, and she is very flexible. She is always available to talk to or even text with...as a bride, there's a million things happening as you plan your wedding and she is always available to talk you through it. Her photography is impecable, every single photo has been beautiful. We couldn't have asked for a better photographer, or friend. Abi's husband assisted with wedding day photos and he's just as awesome as she is! They are a dream team to work with! We will definitely be calling Cupcake Photography for family portraits in the future. Can't wait to work wth Abi again! -

She is flexible with payments and makes the whole process super easy. Abi is super sweet and is knowledgeable about what she does. Highly recommended!! For our wedding she worked with me and got all the shots that I asked her take! Her and her husband do amazing work and keep in contact with you through all parts of the process. Abi is very professional, but also makes working with her fun and enjoyable! We loved working with her and her husband and will definitely keep in touch and in mind for any future events!!! I would highly recommend her to anyone who is searching for a photographer!! -
