  I highly recommend Anne. Her handwriting is gorgeous. She worked quickly. Dealing with her was easy because she has a dropbox on her front porch, so we didn't have to work our schedules out. She also accepted payment after the work was done, which I appreciate.

  Anne Mackechnie was great to work with. She was very responsive and had a quick turn around. I found a style I liked on her website but she was able to match the return address printing on the envelopes. The invitations look absolutely amazing! I would definitely recommend her.

  I loved working with Anne. She was so creative and really tried to help me with the extra little details for my beachy wedding. After she did my invitations, I felt the need to keep working with her because she is so sweet and professional. I loved her work! She then did my table numbers, signature drink cards, and seating chart - they were all fabulous and pulled the whole room together. Can't wait to use her for other occassions!!

  I really feel like I can't say enough positive things about Anne's services. Anne is absolutely great to work with! She did an amazing job on my wedding invitations, placecards, and tablecards. My family and I received multiple compliments on them (we actually had guests who wanted to keep their tablecards, and I could count on 1 hand the number of place cards that were left behind at the end of the evening). She also is a very good listener, and even if you are trying to do something a little odd (like I was), she was very good at understanding what you are trying to convey, clarifying as neccessary via phone and e-mail throughout the process. She is incredibly easy to get a hold of- either by phone or by e-mail (extremely fast e-mail turnaround time). She was very patient with my last minute add ons and changes, even when they were absolutely flustering me. She ships your finished products out quickly and they always arrive when she says they will. She is also a great value- not only do you get work of excellent quality, but she charges the same rate as some other area calligraphers who quite frankly, do not produce work of the same quality and who do not conduct their business as professionally. She is upfront and honest about her pricing and all rates. While she is definitely an artist, her business is run as smoothly and professionally as any business, with itemized invoices, professional looking samples, and extremely timely check cashing (I waited weeks with some other vendors). To top it all off, she is a very nice and likable person, very easy to get along with, and a pleasure to do business with. Probably my favorite wedding vendor, Anne is everything that a wedding vendor should be and I would wholeheartedly reccomend her to any bride without any reservations.

  We had a wonderful experience with Anne, our calligrapher. Our finished invitations looked stunning, her work is beautiful and timeless. Anne pays attention to details with her work, and returned our printed invitations in a box with a beautiful bow in it and even suggested she hold onto the extra envelopes in case we needed more printed on ( which we did !) and it saved us all a trip. I would highly recommend her to anyone searching for someone to make their invitations even more special, without the added stress of someone less efficient or talented, she is the best. Thanks !

  Calligraphy was one of the things I HAD to have for my wedding invitations, seating cards and table numbers! Anne did a fabulous job turning all three items into works of art! Each envelope was magnificent - not a letter out of place - and she was able to match my colors perfectly.
  
  Anne was super flexible when it came to dropping off/picking up orders and she did not hesitate to contact me with questions about my order before completing it.
  
  I loved her work so much I asked her to create a gift for my husband on our one year anniversary - a stunning poem/love letter that I framed and gave to him. It was absolutely perfect!

  Anne addressed our invitations with her beautiful calligraphy. She was extremely professional, organized and easy to work with. She graciously accommodated the late additions to our guest list. Everyone commented on her beautiful work and several of our guests requested her contact information for upcoming events.

They looked way better than anything I could have done, and the cost was well worth the time I didn't have to spend fretting over it. Her prices, even with the amount I spent on the invitations, still came out to be less than most of the pre-addressing services I found online, which was great in helping keep my costs down!

What I didn't like and what was not clear at all is how much she would charge me to mail my invites back to me. She added a charge for her time, which I found out only after I got the bill, needless to say I was pretty shocked. Also, I paid her to do my escort cards which cost $2 each. I had to redo a few for last minute add ons on my computer and they looked nearly as good. So I thought it was a bit of waste of money (over $200) for the escort cards. Plus, I felt like Anne kept trying to upsell me on different products. Although her work was good, I would not use her again.
