I absolutely cannot say enough wonderful things about Cari, the talented designer behind Turnage & Watts. I met Cari at a bridal expo at Turf Valley and she was so warm and kind. She designed the most beautiful invitation suite for me, totally bringing my vision to life with so much patience and enthusiasm. She offered so many creative ideas and personal touches that I didn't even think of! I'm truly blown away by her customer service: Cari drove from her house in Kent Island all the way to my office in North Baltimore to hand deliver my (beautifully wrapped and pre-sorted) invitations. When my rehearsal dinner invitations were printed with a spelling error (that was totally my fault), she had them reprinted immediately and overnighted them to me at no cost! She designed free thank you notes for me as a special for attending the bridal expo and also designed a free wedding crest for me as a thank you for referring her to some of my friends. She was an expert in helping me navigate etiquette, quantities, timelines, and even the actual post office -- going as far as going to her local post office to weigh my suite for me, finding my stamps, and ensuring I had a smooth experience in requesting for them to be hand canceled. She even sent me a sympathy card and some other fun goodies in the mail recently when she knew that I was having a difficult time. She even gifted me 2 beautiful and thoughtful gifts as a kind gesture! One was a lovely Christmas ornament with my wedding invitation, the other a piece of the letterpress that made our invitations. When my rehearsal dinner invitations were printed with an error that was totally my fault, she had them reprinted -- for free -- and rush shipped them to me at no cost. She was easily my most responsive vendor and the care that she put into the work she did for me was beyond. Cari is one of the kindest souls I have ever met, and I am so grateful to have stumbled upon her at the expo, and to have her as a part of my vendor team! I will be using Turnage & Watts for all of my future invitations to commemorate life's celebrations! Thank you, Cari, so much!
