Racquel Allen is by far the most gracious, warm and welcoming person I've ever met in my life!! She is truly talented at what she does and it shows. I moved to MD in May 2011 and I needed a hair stylist that actually knew how to cut, style, color and do Keratin treatments. After going through 3 stylist I found Racquel and I am still her client and will always be. When Racquel starting doing my hair I told her I was getting married and that's when she told me that she plans and coordinators all events especially weddings. I set up a meeting with her, myself and my fiance at the time (now my husband) and we told her our theme and how we would like it to be displayed during our wedding. Our theme was Greece and our second meeting with Racquel she had spent hours researching Greek tradition, style and decor. She came back to us with wedding logo, ideas for favors and a design layout for the venue.
My next hair appointment she showed me designs of jewelry for the wedding and she specifically designed my wedding jewelry and the wedding jewelry for my bridesmaids. She made the sash for my dress and the sash for the flower girls dress, it was all so detailed from beginning to end. She worked directly with all our vendors and took a HUGE amount of pressure off of me. At first we didn't think we need a planner or coordinator for the day...........I can't event image (don't want to) what my wedding would have been like without her help. The venue we had our wedding sets up and breaks down weddings probably 8-10 times a week. The staff could not believe how Racquel and her team transformed the venue and I felt like we were back in Greece. I have never seen such detail, professionalism and creativity in one package. Plus I am personally used to paying for stuff and always feeling unsatisfied in the end. I can not say enough about Racquel I have been telling all my friends, engaged couples and strangers about how this talented lady turned our whole wedding in a Grecian Paradise!
