Our wedding was originally scheduled in May 2020 and we postponed to March 2021 as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Katrina, Kara, and their team took care of us so well! I cannot recommend them enough! We originally were planning to invite 200 people, to have a 90 person rehearsal dinner, and to stay in the cabins with our wedding party for the weekend. Unfortunately, COVID royally screwed our plans. Blissful Hill worked with us and allowed us to move our date, no fees attached. We reduced our wedding size down to 40 people and to reduce exposure, we decided to skip the rehearsal dinner and to not stay at the venue for the weekend. We were extremely sad to have to change our plan and fully expected that a reduction in service would mean that Blissful Hill might not want to work with us. We came to them at the end of 2020 and let them know of our revised plan. They exceeded our expectations and were completely willing to accommodate our new plan. I truly could not believe it after hearing so many horror stories from other brides who weren’t allowed to change their date, or had to pay a costly fee to change their date, and who could not make any revisions to their original plan. I was so absolutely grateful that Blissful Hill worked with us every step of the way to help give us the best possible wedding under the circumstances. If COVID were not enough, it rained ALL DAY on our wedding day and we had originally planned to keep everything outside. I literally made the decision to bring it all inside a couple of hours before ceremony start, they were so flexible and were able to get everything moved to be indoors! Luckily, however, the rain cleared just enough for us to have a beautiful ceremony outside still! Originally, we selected their venue because of the seamless experience their all-inclusive venue could provide. As busy, young professionals, my husband and I really did not have a lot of time to devote to planning details and doing DYI crafts to plan our wedding. I had some vision in my head, but really was not set on any specific details. I gave Kara my Pinterest board and we had a couple of meetings to discuss some of the smaller details and I told her that I trusted her to take it from there. She and her team delivered the most dreamy, beautiful wedding day!! I think one of my favorite things that really set our wedding apart from the others was when, as the bride, I was escorted down to the ceremony site in a neat old vintage car. So cool! For those who are wondering what is and is not included, here is my list. Included in the “Dress and We do the Rest”: venue, tables, chairs, flowers, bouquets/boutonnieres for up to 6 bridesmaids/groomsmen, centerpieces, food/serving staff (a choice of BBQ, Pasta, or Fajitas – we chose fajitas and many of our guests came to us after the wedding to let us know how much they enjoyed the food!), cake/cake cutting (Michelle’s Patisserie – absolutely fabulous cake!), DJ (we hired a live stream service who also DJ’d for us, but there is a DJ available included in the package), bartender and bar supplies, photography, 4 cottages that sleep up to 18 people for the whole weekend. Not Included (things I purchased): hair/makeup, bridesmaid robes, glowsticks for dance party, sparklers for send off, Save the Dates/Invitations and postage, bridesmaid bouquet ribbons, bouquets/boutonnieres for bridesmaids/groomsmen over 6, snacks/drinks for getting ready the day of, guestbook or other item for guest signing, alcohol, cups/napkins and ice for the bar. Other add-ons the venue can provide for an additional charge – food for each guest over 150, there are some various food and snack add-ons for the day of that you can select, they can host and provide a rehearsal dinner the Friday before for an additional cost per guest, there are additional cottages on the premises that can sleep up to 26 more guests. Note that the “Big House” has to be booked via VRBO, but the other cottages Blissful Hill can book for you, as long as they have not already been booked by someone else (these cottages are open to the public). This venue was the perfect hidden gem just outside of Austin for our intimate evening wedding. The outdoor space was beautiful for our ceremony and reception with the Ranch House to get ready and welcome family. It was a perfect wedding day with Kimberly's help coordinating with vendors and helping guests so we could fully enjoy it all. She made planning a breeze and understood what we wanted for our special day. The Lofthaven cabin was the perfect newlywed suite and the views were incredible. Highly recommend for a micro-wedding!

My wife and I had the incredible opportunity to have our wedding ceremony and reception at 71 West Ranch Retreat in October 2023. The wedding ceremony site is atop a magnificent hill in the Texas Hill Country, all of our guests said this was the best ceremony site they have ever witnessed. The reception area was great as well, we served buffet style, with a 10 piece band, and 150 guests and had plenty of room to dance the night away. The bridal suite is a quaint cabin that my wife, her sisters, mother, and friends enjoyed thoroughly while getting ready, and the bridal photos situated in the cabin were a cherry on top. What made the wedding celebration so seamless is the property manager Andy, many of the guests commented how willing he was to lend a helping hand at any given moment. Andy responded quickly to any question or concern of ours while wedding planning as well. You will not regret holding an intimate wedding with friends, family, and loved ones at his venue!

It was really good place. They provide vip rooms, also it was verry clean. The stage was gorgeous.
