Wagon Springs Ranch is a wedding venue located in Burnet, Texas. This family-owned and operated event venue is nestled on a hilltop overlooking its 270-acre working ranch.

If you are looking for a FULL WEEKEND wedding venue, this is it! We have everything covered, from overnight stay to our wine room for your rehearsal dinner and much, much more to complete your perfect wedding weekend. We also offer many different types of outdooring activities during your weekend stay such as hunting and fishing ranch and farm, and it offers breathtaking views and is described as a perfect spot for wedding ceremonies and receptions.

Facilities and Capacity
Wagon Springs Ranch provides multiple wedding sites, including an outdoor deck overlooking the property or a fully air-conditioned indoor chapel. The reception hall is also fully air-conditioned and offers space for up to 200 guests with a dance floor. Wagon Springs Ranch events include tables and chairs for over 200 guests, accommodating up to 220 guests. Couples can opt for a Full Weekend Rental, which grants exclusive access to the venue from Friday at 12 pm to Sunday at 10 am. This includes full access to the reception hall for decorating and rehearsal, and ensures no other events are held on their wedding weekend. Full access to the 270-acre ranch is also included for engagement and wedding pictures. Rental includes the 3,000-square-foot reception hall, a get-ready suite with salon stations, and access to the Wine Room for a rehearsal dinner.

Services Offered
Amenities provided with wedding packages include a week-of wedding coordinator, tables and chairs, and access to a decoration closet for free use. Couples can choose the ceremony site they would like. They also have use of the Outdoor Pavilion and courtyard area for pre-ceremony activities or cocktails, complete with yard games like horseshoes, corn hole, washers, and roping dummies. The venue welcomes any vendors chosen by the couple and offers a list of local and preferred vendors.

Perfect venue!

I don’t have enough words to express how much we LOVED Wagon Springs Ranch! Carl was amazing to work with. He’s very quick to respond, very professional and friendly, and makes things so easy for the couple he’s working with! His staff is extremely helpful and so easy to talk to. Brooke was our coordinator while we were there, and I can’t say enough good things about her either. I fell in love with this venue from the moment I laid eyes on it from the website, but the photos don’t do it justice at all! It was everything we were looking for and more!! In my opinion it is fairly priced for everything you get, and they are willing to work with you on payment. If you’re looking for a beautiful, rustic venue…look no further. This is it!!

Beautiful Venue

Wagon Springs Ranch has a beautiful indoor hall with breathtaking views. It has beautiful ceremony seating that overlooks an amazing view! The Buffalo are incredibly beautiful in the background. The outdoor kitchen is very helpful while serving food and drinks! The Hall stayed cold the whole time we were in there. It's spacious and the whole venue is just amazing. Carl was very helpful and so nice while booking. So by and book your special day with them!

Best Austin-area venue both price and beauty

Carl and Heather were the best hosts! They were super flexible. Anything we requested, they made it happen. Carl was on-site day of to work out any bumps with set-up and was extremely accommodating. They truly enjoy sharing their beautiful venue. I felt that they were personally invested and cared about making our wedding the best it could be. This is THE best Austin-area venue, both in price and beauty. We had an evening wedding and the sun set behind us, the view was beyond moving, something I will remember forever. They are constantly improving their venue, it is full of great craftsmanship. I could not recommend it more highly, if you are considering this venue at all, book it, you won’t regret it.

Incredible

My husband and I got married in a courthouse in Los Angeles back in August. We moved to Texas for a better quality of life and agreed that whatever money we had left over after getting our finances in order was all we could spend on a wedding. We didn't have much cushion. We searched many venues online for weeks, and quickly moved on from page to page, simply because those venues were too far out of our budget. We came across Wagon Springs Ranch and immediately fell in love with the photos as well as its advertised price. We emailed the venue to schedule a tour, and the response time was within a few hours or less! Upon our visit, Carl was very personable, kind, and professional. Not only was the venue the perfect rustic barn style dream, but they offered flexibility with their packages, as well as options for payment installments. They took a personal interest in us a couple, and really worked with us to make our wedding dreams come true! And if you've heard their story on how this venue came to be, you too, will fall in love with it just as quickly. The process has been seamless so far - open easy communication, an easy contract, and their full support in truly helping couples make their special day one to remember without breaking the bank. What Wagon Springs Ranch offers to their customers is truly one of a kind! April 18th is our big day, and I can't wait to post another review after wedding!
