It is exquisitely versatile in its layout to accommodate any last minute change in the Texas weather with 1 outdoor chapel and 2 indoor spaces (stage or wall of windows) for the perfect ceremony. It offers an unmatched setting where elegance and rustic charm come together to create truly unforgettable experiences. Whether you're planning an intimate gathering or a grand celebration, Rustic Sunset is the perfect backdrop for every occasion.

Our 7,400 square foot climate-controlled main hall is the heart of the venue, featuring stunning wood vaulted ceilings, a spacious dance floor, and a large 20' x 30' stage perfect for indoor ceremonies, live bands, DJs, award ceremonies, and business conferences. The custom-built bar, complete with a sink, beer and soda cooler, and champagne and wine fridge, ensures your guests are always taken care of. With seating for 350 or more guests and the option of 3 ceremony locations, bad weather or Texas heat is never a problem! Simply divide the room for an indoor ceremony (stage or wall of windows) with reception tables already set, then clear the ceremony chairs to reveal the dance floor.

Step outside and discover our open-air chapel with bench seating, perfectly positioned to overlook Lake Buchanan and the rolling Texas Hill Country. It is a breathtaking setting for ceremonies, offering a natural beauty that no decoration could ever replicate. Adjacent to the chapel, our 1,600 square foot terrace is a great location for guests to relax and soak in the stunning views as the sun dips below the horizon and paints the sky in the warm, golden hues of a true rustic sunset.

We understand that every event is unique, which is why Rustic Sunset is designed to accommodate your vision. Our beautiful Bridal Suite offers a luxurious and private space to prepare for your big day, complete with a private entrance and pocket door access to the bathroom. The spacious Groom's Suite provides a comfortable and fun retreat, featuring a bar, foosball table, and poker table, as well as its own private entrance. Our large caterer's kitchen, equipped with an ice maker and warming boxes, along with a covered carport for vendor drop off, makes logistics seamless for any event.

Rustic Sunset offers flexible rental options to fit the needs of your event, giving you ample time to set up, celebrate, and close out your special day without feeling rushed. On-site parking, VIP parking for the wedding party, handicapped accessibility, and a covered pull-through drop-off area make the experience convenient for you and your guests.
