Wedding Music Bands in New Jersey

Truly the best decision!! Nate and his team are so talented and incredible musicians. Nate went above and beyond to make our night extra special. We had people coming up to us all night talking about how absolutely amazing the band was. Working with Philly Soul Patch was a pleasure and I would recommend to anyone!

We chose split decision for our band after seeing them play down the shore many times and loving them. We are so happy with our decision! They were easy to work with and flexible when we had to cancel due to covid. They played our dream set list and the dance floor was packed all night. They are super fun and make for a unique wedding vibe. I recommend them highly for anyone looking for a wedding band!

This band was PHENOMENAL! The energy was high all night, the crowd of guests of all ages never dispersed, and all our song choices were rendered flawlessly. We heard nothing but praise and honestly some shocked “they were so good!!” comments from our guests even after the event was a few days past, especially from folks who had never been to a wedding with a band before. If you want to make your wedding special, get a band, and choose the professional, organized, and rocking Daddy Pop!!

When deciding on a wedding band you must consider what type of wedding you want to have. Do you want it to be fun, memorable and have everyone walking away saying, "that was the best wedding I have ever attended. If the answer to those questions is YES, then The Marquee Band is for you. We have been fans for years, having seen them down the Jersey Shore, and asked if they would come into Manhattan for our son's wedding. They were more than accomadating and looked like a million dollars ! Played all the songs the younger generation wanted, with my only regret being not eating the wedding cake because everyone was on the floor dancing all night !! Highly recommend. The singers are amazing and the band is top shelf.

They played great music for our wedding. One thing though is they screwed up one of my couples names in the bridal party, we literally went over it right before that. He did mispronounce there names but introduced them as a couple that had just walked out 3 couples before them.

From the very beginning of planning our wedding, my husband and I knew we wanted a hybrid music experience. We loved the energy and excitement of live music, but there were also a few songs we knew just had to be played by a DJ. After some research, we came across Excel and one other option, but after our initial meeting with Jason, it was a no brainer. We knew we had found our band. Jason was an absolute pleasure to work with. He truly listens to your vision and takes every bit of input to heart, and he made sure every single detail we asked for was executed perfectly. He was always available, which is priceless for a stressed bride like me, and is genuinely kind and easy to work with. Jason and his team are not only incredibly talented musicians, but true professionals who know exactly how to read a room and keep the energy going. One of our favorite moments of the night was when the sax player came out into the crowd. It completely elevated the energy and made the experience unforgettable. I cannot say it enough how much our guests were raving about the music all night long. The dance floor was packed, and they played the perfect mix of songs that our parents loved while still keeping it fun and modern for us and our friends. We have already had two guests reach out asking for their information. We could not recommend Excel enough. Their communication, professionalism, and genuine desire to give you the best night of your life truly set them apart. We are forever grateful to them and can confidently say you will not regret choosing Excel as one of your wedding vendors.

The Wedding Crashers were hands-down one of the best decisions we made for our New Year’s Eve wedding. They brought an incredible energy that kept the dance floor packed all night long. They perfectly read the room, played an amazing mix of songs that appealed to all ages, and somehow managed to make every single moment feel like a celebration. Ringing in the New Year with them was unforgettable: the countdown, the excitement, the seamless transition into nonstop dancing afterward. They truly understood the magnitude of an NYE wedding and delivered in every possible way. Beyond their talent, they were professional, organized, and so easy to work with, which made the entire experience stress-free. Our guests are still talking about how amazing the band was. The most incredible vendor we could have asked for at our 11/8 wedding. Even DURING the wedding, people were coming up to me telling me how phenomenal the band was. No one left the dance floor the entire night. Communication and organization was impeccable. We also hired a DJ through them for our after-party, who was AMAZING. We hired strings for the ceremony and cocktail hour, too. The best thing I did for my wedding was hire this crew. 1000/10 :)
