Our wedding at Mill Falls on October 4th was truly everything we dreamed of and more. The venue's natural beauty created the perfect backdrop for our celebration, but what made the experience exceptional was the professionalism and dedication of the team - especially our Event Coordinator, Rachael. From the moment we began planning, Rachael was consistently prompt, organized, and attentive. She took the time to understand our vison and ensured that every detail was executed perfectly. Her guidance and responsiveness throughout the process made planning effortless and enjoyable, and on the wedding day itself, everything ran seamlessly. During dinner, there was a brief moment when our siblings - the last to be sent up- had missed out on both protein options. The kitchen staff immediately addressed the situation with care and efficiency, ensuring everyone was served and even prepared additional portions of their incredible short ribs. Their quick response and commitment did not go unnoticed and truly reflected the caliber of service at Mill Falls. We are grateful to Rachael and the entire Mill Falls team for making our wedding day so memorable. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail created an experience we- and our guests- will never forget. Hart's catered our wedding on 9/15 and did an incredible job! I have Celiac disease and we needed the wedding to be completely gluten free. They were able to accommodate that as well as the multiple other dietary restrictions our guests had. The food was absolutely delicious and exactly what we wanted. They were communicative and very accommodating. We highly recommend!
