Hart's catered our wedding on 9/15 and did an incredible job! I have Celiac disease and we needed the wedding to be completely gluten free. They were able to accommodate that as well as the multiple other dietary restrictions our guests had. The food was absolutely delicious and exactly what we wanted. They were communicative and very accommodating. We highly recommend!

Hart's catered our wedding on 8/10 and we have had dozens of compliments on the food (especially the chicken piccata and the mashed potato bar!) The catering department was great and I really enjoyed working with Cara, she was very responsive and helpful. The staff members that worked our wedding were very courteous and we would highly recommend having Hart's cater your upcoming event!

We hired Hart's to cater our daughters rehearsal dinner and day-after brunch in June of 2022. As the original wedding date was June of 2020 (thanks, Covid!) we ended up with a three year relationship with them! There were staffing changes over that period of time, but everyone we dealt with was professional, helpful, supportive, and delightful. Willow was a pleasure to work with over those final months, and both events went off without a hitch. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. Hiring Hart's was a great decision and a great addition to our wedding weekend.

We hired Hart's Turkey Farm to do the catering at our Castle in the Clouds wedding, and one thing we heard over and over again at and after our wedding was how good the food was!  And I have to agree.  We chose one of the buffet options from Hart's and after postponing the wedding a year due to COVID, the menu itself had changed slightly, but I think we got the good end of the bargain with this one!  The lobster ravioli was a huge hit and wow, was it delicious!  My one regret from the entire day is that I didn't eat more of it!  The staff at Hart's was super responsive and nice and easy to work with through all of the time leading up to the wedding, as well as while they were there.  They were also really accommodating when we needed to add a vegan option to the buffet even though there wasn't one originally included in our menu.  I was really happy with the service they provided, and it was great hearing everyone talk about how much they enjoyed all the food, because you never want to disappoint your guests with their dinner!

Hart's did an amazing job with the food for our wedding! We got so many comments from guests about how delicious everything was. Our tasting was incredible too. We loved all the appetizer options and it was hard to choose. The turkey and roast beef were so good and the sides too, especially the butternut squash. We would highly recommend Hart's!

All of our guests LOVED our food! Who doesn't love a turkey dinner?! When we went for our tasting we lirerally couldn't decide what to have at our wedding because we loved EVERYTHING! The event coordinator was wonderful and always responsive to my emails.

Hart's totally exceeded my expectations!! Their food was so delicious and the servers were top notch. Our guests were raving about the food and still talk about it to this day!! Almost everyone got seconds. Cara was great to work with during the planning stages and listened to everything we requested. We wanted a buffet and although it wasn't something they offered exactly, she customized it just the way we wanted it with no problems. She hosted a great tasting where we were able to try a wide variety of dishes/apps. I would HIGHLY recommend using Hart's as a caterer--everything was wonderful!!

We used Hart's Turkey Farm for our catered wedding reception at The Preserve at Chocorua on 11.3.18. Cara worked with us from the beginning to customize a BBQ buffet on our tight budget. She was very helpful, kind and responsive throughout the whole process. All of our guests loved the food, including us! We are so thankful for the service provided and the delicious, affordable food, we wouldn't have been able to do what we did, without Hart's!
