We hosted our end of year party for Ever Be Floral at the Marriott and were completely blown away by all of their staff! We worked with Angie and Shayla, and both of them were incredible attentive to all of our questions! The catering was just outstanding - large portions and incredible food. We have nothing but amazing things to say about this venue and would recommend them to everyone!

We are beyond grateful for Rebekah DeMarcantonio, our incredible wedding coordinator, who made our special day absolutely seamless. From the moment we arrived, her attentiveness and calm presence set the tone for a stress-free celebration. Her eye for detail was impeccable—every element was perfectly in place, and not a single issue arose at the venue. Thanks to Rebekah’s expert coordination, everything flowed effortlessly and all we had to do was soak in the joy of the day. Our guests had a fantastic time, and we received so many compliments on how smooth and beautiful the wedding was. Rebekah truly went above and beyond, and we can’t thank her enough for helping bring our vision to life.

My husband and I hosted our rehearsal dinner at the Pavilion Room and Cloister Garden! The space was a perfect and intimate setting for our group of 40 people. Our guests raved about the phenomenal food, professional service, and beautiful private garden space that we had access to all evening. We could not have chosen a better venue for our event!

When I initially found this hotel as I was looking for a venue, I wasn't expecting to love everything about it. We had our wedding there last week and it was an amazing experience. Nancy, who is in charge of events, kept in touch with me about everything and even though I felt like I was nagging her with so many questions, she always responded quickly and made sure to answer everything. She was very involved with everything and made sure that everything the hotel was supposed to do was done. They were so great at helping make sure everything worked the way it was supposed to. They set up what needed to be set up and then took their decorations down. We of course handled everything that we brought. If you don't want to do your own decorations, they have a vendor suggestion for a company who decorates for events. The whole staff made sure our stay was great and the wait staff was on hand to help when it was needed. The bartenders were the absolute best! I wish we had gotten their names because they were so much fun. They were personable to all of our guests. They even got on the dance floor with us at some points in the night. Everyone loved the girls and they made sure to talk to everyone that came to them. It was an all around great experience and I am so happy that we had our wedding with the Wyndham Garden Greensboro.

I would highly, highly recommend the Proximity Hotel as a wedding venue. We held both our ceremony and reception there and each space was stunning! Everyone on their staff was an absolute pleasure and the service was unparalleled throughout the entire process, which made everything so much easier and less stressful. They were very patient with us as we made decisions, especially their sales manager, Sarah, and their in-house florist, Tom. And, the food was absolutely delicious! Thank you so much, Proximity Hotel!

A majority of our guests were from out of state and out of country. The Embassy Suites Greensboro made EVERYONE feel at home. All guests were completely impressed with what the Embassy had to offer. Any problems in the room were fixed promptly (A/C unit making noise one morning and was fixed by end of day). Beyond the guest accommodations, we had our wedding reception at the Embassy Suites and WOW! They knocked it out of the park. They paid attention to details, the food was second to none, and the service was incredible. The planning process was stress-free too. I was planning from a different state so communication was key and I always felt confident in our communications. We will be recommending the Embassy Suites as the best location for reception and hotel accommodations to everyone and anyone we meet!! I genuinely hope you choose Embassy Suites as your wedding destination - you won't regret it!
