We were in love with the idea of getting married in front of a beautiful large tree, an outdoor wedding. Unfortunately we had a Northeastern where it pour like crazy so we had to ditch our outdoor plans for indoor. At the end of the day, we weren’t disappointed. Outdoor or indoor, the ribault club was the perfect setting. They even gave us a jar of rain water, to baptize our baby. Other pros are the flexibility with bringing your dog, other vendors, etc. 10/10

Sweetwater Branch Inn (SWB) went above and BEYOND to make my wedding weekend everything I had dreamed of—and more. If I could give SWB a million out of five stars, I absolutely would! My wedding was on March 16, 2025, and originally planned as an outdoor event. The team at SWB was incredibly flexible, allowing me to get creative with the venue and hold the ceremony and dinner in a different location than usual—an accommodation that was impressive in itself! Just days before the wedding, a storm was predicted to hit. At the last minute, we ordered a tent for the gardens (something that had never been done before), completely reworked the layout we had spent over a year planning, and somehow, everything turned out perfectly! Adrienne, the event coordinator, and Angel, the food and beverage coordinator, were nothing short of incredible. Adrienne went above and beyond, dedicating extra time and effort to ensure my vision came to life with all of the last-minute changes. My close family stayed at the Inn and didn’t want to leave! Guests traveled from Canada, New York City, and even Sydney, Australia—and every single one of them raved about their stay. From the friendly and helpful staff to the elegant vintage decor and the delicious food (both at breakfast and the wedding!), they were beyond impressed. I cannot say enough great things about Sweetwater Branch Inn and the amazing event venue they provide. They do everything with heart, which is so rare these days—and that, above all, meant the world to me and my guests.

We truly could not have picked a more perfect venue than Knotted Roots on the Lake. From the moment we first visited, we fell in love with the natural beauty of the space, the views, the trees, and the peaceful, and farm atmosphere made it feel like something out of a dream. What really sets this venue apart, though, is the team behind it. They are incredibly kind, responsive, and genuinely invested in making your day special. Every question we had was answered quickly, and they made the entire planning process feel smooth and stress-free. On the wedding day, everything flowed seamlessly. The setup was beautiful, the coordination was on point, and we were able to actually relax and enjoy every moment with our family and friends. So many of our guests commented on how unique and stunning the venue was. If you’re looking for a Florida wedding venue that feels natural, intimate, and effortlessly beautiful, this is it. We would choose this place again a hundred times over.

Misty and The Palencia Club created the literal wedding of my dreams! I am a very OCD about events and creating the image in my head. Her and the staff made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it providing me a completely stress free day. We got married this past November and we are still having friends and family telling us what a great venue it was and how amazing the food was (we used the onsite chef - highly recommend the sweet potato fries). Palencia club had everything we needed and that made everything easy. This mostly hidden gem is everything a couple could ever want.

We had my daughter’s wedding at Hidden hills and everything was so easy to do! Russ and his staff are very attentive, easy to communicate with and very helpful. Russ was very organized during the planning process as well. Food was excellent, presentation excellent and the grounds beautiful.

The White Room is the best venue in northeast Florida! We toured several other venues and nothing quite compares. Location, price, and experience is unmatched. Destiny was the absolute best coordinator! We had the pleasure of working with her from booking all the way until the end of our wedding night. She was there every step of the way and answered every question promptly and with professionalism. She assisted us with each choice and made sure everything was perfect. As the bride I did not worry about a single detail on our wedding day. She truly has a gift. I can not imagine a better venue or experience. Our guests have not stopped boasting about the night. hope I can attend an event at the White Room in the future!

We initially found Epping Forest due to the beautiful water views and lovely history of the mansion and we were so happy we did! Ernestine was our point person throughout the wedding planning process and was there for all our needs the weekend of. She was responsive, kind and always willing to give a calming perspective. The entire staff also worked to ensure that our wedding day was PERFECT! All of our guests since have been RAVING about how incredible our wedding day experience was for them as well! From the food to all the perfect sunset photo ops they have had nothing but great things to say! Finally, Ernestine and the entire Epping team are the exact people you want in a crisis! Our dogs acted as our ring bearer and flower girl in the wedding and before the start of the ceremony, our ring bearer decided to run away. Everyone on staff and even some neighbors came out to search for our pup and ensure she made it home safe. Thank you so much Epping Forest!

TPC Sawgrass was the venue that turned our wedding day into the best day of our lives! Carley and the rest of the team worked with us diligently to ensure our day was exactly what we envisioned. Everything from the food, the service, the decor, the getting ready rooms was absolutely top tier. Our guests shared with us the same feedback. "Best wedding ever", "best food I've ever had at the wedding", "most beautiful venue". We highly recommend for anyone looking to get married in the Ponte Vedra area. Daniele & Brandon

Casa Marina was fantastic! I truly had the night I had been dreaming of. We got married in November of 2025 and had about 120 people present. Event coordinator, Virginia, was so helpful and was always willing to answer any questions. Everyone we interacted with was so easy. Bar tenders were very efficient and the rest of the staff were so helpful, professional and nice. While staff was amazing, I highly recommend a day of coordinator. Casa provides a tight window of time for set-up. They will set up tables, chairs, tablecloths, napkins, etc. but all décor and other details are your responsibility. They did help with clean up a bit which was very nice. We loved the space and everything flowed so perfectly. Our guests had nothing but great things to say about the food and the charm of the building. They also loved the area! A majority of our guests were from out of town so another plus was lots of hotels, restaurants, and bars within walking distance. Overall, we had an incredibly positive experience, start to finish. We wish we could do it all again!

The pictures of the Jax River Club do not do it justice! It's a gorgeous venue with dedicated staff who strive to make sure your big day is amazing.
