First of all I would like to say I loved Novella team!!! From beginning to end they helped my dream wedding come true. My wedding was over the top beautiful and I would do all over again in a heart beat. Carlota is the owner she is very knowledgeable, passionate and a blessing, she looks out for you and wants the best for you and has your best interest at heart always. For that I appreciated her so much through all the stress that comes with wedding planning. She was always their to answer my questions. Secondly her team assistant Mariana wow what a sweet, funny and easy going person she was, she helped coordinate my wedding food menu, drinks, some decor,music etc, she was like the missing puzzle to ease my nerves when I felt overwhelmed with the planning process she was truly a life savor! Thirdly the most amazing and talented Liza, decor manager wow she brings your vision to life to the max just beyond beautiful a true work of art! Next, the most sweetest and I mean the most patient wedding coordinator I’ve ever meet in the world named Naomi, not only she helped me from the start when I was getting ready at my bridal suite, she carried my dress, viel, helped me change into my second dress we laughed because she even dried my sweat behind my hair ( we all know DR heat is no joke) from all the dancing lol she was just all around amazing. Lauren amazing as well she helped the groomsmen keep in order she also helped me at the reception a true sweetheart and patient! And lastly Gabriela who made sure of the finishing touches of my wedding decor was perfect thanks so much ❤️. I wish honestly I can relive my wedding again, in 5 years I will renew my vows and I plan on calling them again. I wanted to let you all know from the Novella team how much I appreciated your dedication, your passion and incredible talent you have for all you do, my wedding would have not been so special and spectacular like it was if it wasn’t for you guys. Me and my husbabd were very satisfied with the entire wedding team-s works. Olga always answers questions very quickly. The wedding day was wonderful. All the tension was gone when we arrived at the wedding venue and the proffessional team was waiting for us. We recommend them to everyone!!!

Jennifer was truly wonderful to work with. Planning a wedding of 120 guests from a different country is extremely hard. Having to rely on reviews, things posted online and trying to speak to venues from afar was very tedious and hard. From the moment we met Jennifer we felt like we were in the right hands. She was extremely professional, punctual, respectful and very knowledgeable. She was great to bounce ideas off and provide her professional opinion and recommendation, which I always fully trusted it. Anytime I was feeling very stressed, she was always there to ease my anxieties and provide any information she could to make me feel at ease. She always took the necessary steps to ensure things were moving along. The day of my wedding, I was truly stress free. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing because I knew everything was taken care of and going according to the plan we created. My only job was to enjoy our wedding and be present, and that’s truly priceless. Even my guests and parents were genuinely impressed by how organized everything was, she runs a tight ship! Thank you, Jennifer and team, for making the most special day of our lives truly seamless. 10/10 highly recommend!

I highly recommend Mercy and her team for anyone looking to get married in the Dominican Republic. She was the reason my husband and I were able to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. She helped me plan the large event while I was in Florida. She handled everything from flowers, cake, venue, music, food, decorations etc. in a timely and efficient manner. She is a true professional, with attention to detail, a friendly demeanor and easy to work with. Everything came out beautiful. The guests loved the food. They were in awe with the flowers. The venue was perfect. I don't have anything negative to say. I'm happy with Mercy's work. She made it easy for me. I arrived at the D.R three days before the celebration and there was nothing I had to do but enjoy the day. If I ever have to plan another event I will call again for her services. Thank you Mercy and your team for all your hard work.

Valentina did an amazing job, the bouquet exactly as I wanted and she did it in very short notice specially for us!!! I highly recommend her.

We are so grateful to Florenzza for their exceptional service. The stunning decor transformed the place into a completely different and charming atmosphere, and their execution allowed the celebration to run smoothly. Their planning and coordination was noticeable and took all the stress off our shoulders, their support allowed us to enjoy the day without any worries. I cannot rave enough about their creativity and attention to detail as well, even the little things were planned out. I cannot compliment Anni enough! Our wedding day was perfect and it's all thanks to her planning! I booked with Dominican Expert a year in advance, and Anni kept in communication with me throughout the whole process. I was not sure exactly what I wanted, but Anni was right there with me asking questions and pulled together all the vendors we needed to make our wedding day perfect. I was amazed with the flowers, decorations, food, DJ, wedding cake and how professional the whole staff was. Living in GA and planning a wedding abroad can be scary not knowing what you are going to get, but I had the BEST experience.
