Where do I even begin?

Early this year , my husband and I celebrated our dream wedding in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic\. It was a day filled with love, faith, family, and moments more beautiful than I could have ever imagined\. And so much of that magic was made possible because of Illany\.

From the very beginning, she became so much more than our wedding planner\. She became my partner in bringing a vision to life, my voice of reason during overwhelming moments, and ultimately someone I came to love and trust like family\.

There were countless hours of FaceTime calls, conversations, decisions, contracts, logistics, changes, and all the little details that go into planning a destination wedding\. Through it all, Illany showed extraordinary patience, dedication, professionalism, and, most importantly, heart\.

She listened\. She understood\. She reassured me when I needed reassurance and somehow always found a way to make things work\. Even when the unexpected happened, including a little rain, she handled everything with such grace and calm that I could simply be present and enjoy the moments we had worked so hard to create\.

But what makes Illany truly exceptional goes far beyond her ability to execute a beautiful wedding\.

And when that day finally arrived, it was everything I had dreamed of and more\. Every detail, every emotion, every beautiful moment came together in a way I will never forget\.

One of the greatest gifts Illany gave me was the ability to be fully present on my wedding day, knowing that someone I trusted wholeheartedly was looking after everything\.

Even after the wedding, her thoughtfulness continued\. The beautiful, unexpected video she created for me is something I have watched over and over again\. That personal gesture says everything about the kind of woman she is\.

We had the pleasure of working with Ilanny and Deborath from All In as our full-service wedding planners for our destination wedding, and we truly could not have imagined a better experience.

Our wedding included 130 guests, with a mix of American and Dominican family and friends, and from the very beginning, Ilanny and Deborath guided us through every decision with expertise, professionalism, and confidence.

They presented several venue options they had firsthand experience with and helped us select Puntacana Club, which turned out to be the perfect location for both our international and local guests.

From venue selection to the final moments of the wedding weekend, they were incredibly attentive, organized, and detail-oriented. They planned an amazing welcome party on Friday evening and an absolutely unforgettable wedding day on Saturday. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and the entire weekend flowed seamlessly. We never felt stressed because they were always one step ahead, anticipating needs before they arose.

Their communication was exceptional throughout the planning process. I sent countless emails and questions, and they were always responsive, patient, and reassuring. Whether through email, phone calls, or video chats, they made themselves available whenever needed and consistently made us feel supported.

They were also instrumental in managing the many logistics that come with a destination wedding. They organized our hotel room block, coordinated shuttle transportation, distributed welcome bags, and ensured our guests were taken care of throughout the weekend. They even received my wedding dress and my husband's tuxedo before the wedding, arranged for everything to be professionally steamed, and made sure every detail was ready for the big day. Having them handle these details gave us tremendous peace of mind and allowed us to focus on enjoying time with our family and friends.

They helped us establish a budget, recommended outstanding vendors, negotiated contracts (most importantly identifying opportunities for savings), reviewed proposals, and helped us maximize value throughout the planning process. Their vendor recommendations were exceptional across every category, including entertainment, photography, videography, hair and makeup, and more.

One thing we especially appreciated was their flexibility. We originally planned for a church ceremony but decided relatively late in the process to move to an outdoor ceremony. Ilanny and Deborath handled the transition effortlessly, coordinating all necessary logistics and making what could have been a stressful change feel easy.

The event design exceeded every expectation. I envisioned a wedding that felt tropical, elegant, and sophisticated, embracing the beauty of the location while remaining timeless and tasteful. They captured that vision perfectly. Their detailed design presentations helped us visualize every aspect of the event, and the final result was even better than we imagined. The flowers, décor, table settings, and overall atmosphere were absolutely stunning.

Leading up to the wedding, they accompanied us to site visits, menu tastings, and (multiple) hair and makeup trials. During the wedding weekend, they had a full team onsite managing vendors, logistics, timelines, and guest needs. Everything was flawlessly executed, and it was clear we were working with experienced professionals who genuinely care about their clients.

Beyond their talent and expertise, Ilanny and Deborath are simply wonderful people!!! They are warm, kind, patient, and truly invested in making their clients' weddings special.

Working with Ilanny for my wedding was the best decision I could have ever made. She truly went above and beyond. I live in the US and was overwhelmed when I realized just how much went into not only planning a wedding but planning a wedding in a different country. Ilanny made the entire process so simple for me. She was completely transparent from the beginning. She met all my expectations and stayed in my budget. She was always available for any questions and zoomed me once a week. Every recommendation she gave was amazing. I really didn’t have to do much other than tell her I liked something or I didn’t. The entire wedding week was beyond my wildest dreams. It even rained really hard during my cocktail hour when there was no rain on the radar. Ilanny had to not only move all the tables but find new linens and dry everything that was on each table for the dinner. She did it all during the cocktail hour and kept me calm in the process. You would have never known she had to change the whole table set up because she always had a back up plan for everything. She was always prepared for everything and had every detail perfect. She absolutely nailed it and could not recommend her enough. I could go on and on about how great every detail was but it would be a novel. Deborath and Ilanny went above and beyond to make our wedding weekend everything we dreamed of. They were there every steps of the way and the night of the wedding felt like a dream come true. The decor was spectacular and I could tell all of our guests were blown away. All In listened to everything we said along the way and made it was incorporated into wedding weekend. We could tell they truly wanted to make us happy and we are not easy customers! Friday night’s rehearsal/Shabbat dinner at Altos de Chavón completely exceeded my expectations. The décor and setup were beyond anything I could have imagined. When multiple décor vendors quoted us too high for an entryway piece I had envisioned, Deborath went to the supermarket and designed it herself—beautifully, within budget, and with so much creativity. Every vendor she recommended—from the band to photo and video—was outstanding. Professional, talented, and truly the best at what they do.

Saturday night at Minitas Beach Club was the wedding of our dreams. Deborath ensured our timeline was flawless and that I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Our ceremony felt surreal—like we were floating on a cloud. Between the breathtaking setting and the calm, joyful energy Deborath helped create, it was more magical than I could have ever imagined.

Our cocktail hour and reception were truly next level. From seamless transitions throughout the night, to the most insane dance floor, to perfectly timed meals and late-night snacks, everything was executed to absolute perfection. Every single guest told us it was the best wedding they’ve ever attended.

Planning a destination wedding isn’t easy—but hiring Deborath is the easiest and best decision you’ll make. From contract negotiation to room blocks to full vendor management, she takes all the stress away. Her expertise and guidance are truly unmatched.

Where do I even begin? From the very start of the wedding planning process to the final moments of our reception, Deborath was absolutely incredible. She was always quick to respond—whether it was over WhatsApp, Zoom, phone, or email—no matter what we needed to feel confident and excited about our big day. Right from the beginning, it was clear that she knew exactly what she was doing.

One moment that stands out happened just after we landed in Punta Cana. About 30 minutes into our shuttle ride to Casa de Campo, we realized we had left a hanging bag at the airport containing my dad’s and brother’s suits, along with my mom’s dress. The driver didn’t speak English, and we started to panic. We messaged Deborath, and within seconds, she replied saying she would handle it. She immediately got in touch with the driver, had him turn around, and saved the day. Truly a lifesaver!

When we arrived at Casa de Campo, Deborath was waiting for us in the lobby with the warmest welcome. She took my dress and my husband’s suit to be steamed and collected all the items we brought for the big day. Then she sat down with us to discuss backup options, just in case it rained. Thankfully the weather held out, but it was such a relief to know she was already thinking ahead and had a plan in place.

Deborath also became my emotional support person that week—no exaggeration. Right before I walked down the aisle with my dad, the violin started playing, and I was suddenly overwhelmed with emotion. It hit me all at once: the joy, the relief, and the release of a year’s worth of planning. I started to panic, but Deborath saw it in my eyes, stepped in, and helped calm me down. I’ll never forget that moment.

I cannot recommend Deborath and her team enough. They are absolute professionals, kindhearted, and genuinely gifted at what they do. Our wedding was everything we hoped for and more, thanks to her.
