Working with Ilanny for my wedding was the best decision I could have ever made. She truly went above and beyond. I live in the US and was overwhelmed when I realized just how much went into not only planning a wedding but planning a wedding in a different country. Ilanny made the entire process so simple for me. She was completely transparent from the beginning. She met all my expectations and stayed in my budget. She was always available for any questions and zoomed me once a week. Every recommendation she gave was amazing. I really didn’t have to do much other than tell her I liked something or I didn’t. The entire wedding week was beyond my wildest dreams. It even rained really hard during my cocktail hour when there was no rain on the radar. Ilanny had to not only move all the tables but find new linens and dry everything that was on each table for the dinner. She did it all during the cocktail hour and kept me calm in the process. You would have never known she had to change the whole table set up because she always had a back up plan for everything. She was always prepared for everything and had every detail perfect. She absolutely nailed it and could not recommend her enough. I could go on and on about how great every detail was but it would be a novel. People keep asking me if I’m happy to be done with wedding planning and I say no because I miss working with Ilanny! Thank you Ilanny and All In you are incredible!! -

Deborath and Ilanny went above and beyond to make our wedding weekend everything we dreamed of. They were there every steps of the way and the night of the wedding felt like a dream come true. The decor was spectacular and I could tell all of our guests were blown away. All In listened to everything we said along the way and made it was incorporated into wedding weekend. We could tell they truly wanted to make us happy and we are not easy customers! We asked for a lot of very specific, non-traditional aspects that were difficult to come by and they still made it happen. We are so lucky to have worked with them -

Choosing All In Events was hands down the best decision we made while planning our wedding.
From our very first call, I knew Deborath was the one for us. She was there every step of the way, and her attentiveness, care, and attention to detail truly brought our dream wedding to life—and then some.
Deborath and her team listened so closely to everything we envisioned and somehow made planning a destination wedding feel effortless. Throughout the entire journey, they felt like family. From helping our loved ones coordinate a smooth and safe trip, to joining us at tastings and offering expert guidance, to even storing packages from the U.S. so our welcome bags felt personal and “us,” Deborath showed unmatched hospitality and never once made us feel like a burden.
We hosted a three-day wedding weekend at Casa de Campo, and each event was better than the last. We kicked things off with a beach happy hour that was executed to perfection—I simply showed up. As someone who is extremely Type A, that kind of trust doesn’t come easily, but Deborath immediately put me at ease and gave me total confidence that everything would run seamlessly.
Friday night’s rehearsal/Shabbat dinner at Altos de Chavón completely exceeded my expectations. The décor and setup were beyond anything I could have imagined. When multiple décor vendors quoted us too high for an entryway piece I had envisioned, Deborath went to the supermarket and designed it herself—beautifully, within budget, and with so much creativity. Every vendor she recommended—from the band to photo and video—was outstanding. Professional, talented, and truly the best at what they do.
Saturday night at Minitas Beach Club was the wedding of our dreams. Deborath ensured our timeline was flawless and that I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Our ceremony felt surreal—like we were floating on a cloud. Between the breathtaking setting and the calm, joyful energy Deborath helped create, it was more magical than I could have ever imagined.
Our cocktail hour and reception were truly next level. From seamless transitions throughout the night, to the most insane dance floor, to perfectly timed meals and late-night snacks, everything was executed to absolute perfection. Every single guest told us it was the best wedding they’ve ever attended.
Planning a destination wedding isn’t easy—but hiring Deborath is the easiest and best decision you’ll make. From contract negotiation to room blocks to full vendor management, she takes all the stress away. Her expertise and guidance are truly unmatched.
Deborath is family to us now. Beyond her incredible talent, the way she makes you feel cared for and ensures your wedding is as special as you are is something truly rare. She and her team are unstoppable.
Both of our families and so many of our guests are still reaching out to tell us it was the best weekend of their lives. If you’re someone who loves hosting and deeply cares about your guests, hearing that kind of feedback is priceless. Asking people to travel internationally for your wedding is a big ask—but Deborath made every moment worth it through flawless planning, seamless logistics, and three unforgettable events.

Deborath is an absolute QUEEN!!!
Where do I even begin? From the very start of the wedding planning process to the final moments of our reception, Deborath was absolutely incredible. She was always quick to respond—whether it was over WhatsApp, Zoom, phone, or email—no matter what we needed to feel confident and excited about our big day. Right from the beginning, it was clear that she knew exactly what she was doing.
One moment that stands out happened just after we landed in Punta Cana. About 30 minutes into our shuttle ride to Casa de Campo, we realized we had left a hanging bag at the airport containing my dad’s and brother’s suits, along with my mom’s dress. The driver didn’t speak English, and we started to panic. We messaged Deborath, and within seconds, she replied saying she would handle it. She immediately got in touch with the driver, had him turn around, and saved the day. Truly a lifesaver!
When we arrived at Casa de Campo, Deborath was waiting for us in the lobby with the warmest welcome. She took my dress and my husband’s suit to be steamed and collected all the items we brought for the big day. Then she sat down with us to discuss backup options, just in case it rained. Thankfully the weather held out, but it was such a relief to know she was already thinking ahead and had a plan in place.
Deborath also became my emotional support person that week—no exaggeration. Right before I walked down the aisle with my dad, the violin started playing, and I was suddenly overwhelmed with emotion. It hit me all at once: the joy, the relief, and the release of a year’s worth of planning. I started to panic, but Deborath saw it in my eyes, stepped in, and helped calm me down. I’ll never forget that moment.
I cannot recommend Deborath and her team enough. They are absolute professionals, kindhearted, and genuinely gifted at what they do. Our wedding was everything we hoped for and more, thanks to her. -

We decided to have a destination wedding in Casa de Campo, Dominican Republic after visiting for vacation. In the beginning, we were nervous about what the experience would be like for us and our guests since we were not in the country to overlook every detail. However, Deborath was attentive, responsive, and assuring every step of the way! She ensured all our requests were met promptly and offered her insights to ensure our day was successful. Thanks to Deborath, we had the wedding of our dreams in 2024! Our guests, some of who were visiting the Dominican Republic for the first time, were amazed at how beautiful and well-thought-out our 3 day weekend was. I wish we could relive the day all over! -

From the moment we began planning, Deborath and her team provided exceptional recommendations for all vendors—each one exceeded our expectations. The food was nothing short of spectacular, with every dish thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the variety and quality.
The décor was breathtaking. From the elegant floral arrangements to the carefully selected table settings, every detail added to the romantic ambiance. Even though it rained on the day of our Welcome Party, the lighting and décor still created a magical atmosphere, making the evening feel like a dream. The combination of soft, glowing lights and the natural beauty of the venue was simply stunning.
The sound system was equally impressive. The music perfectly matched the mood, and both our live performers and the DJ kept everyone on the dance floor all night long.
The drinks were expertly crafted, with a wide selection of cocktails, wines, beers, whiskeys, and spirits. Each drink was a hit, and the bartenders were skilled, friendly, and attentive, making sure everyone was well taken care of.
Thanks to Deborath and her team, our wedding was everything we dreamed of and more. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and dedication made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better team to bring our vision to life.

From the moment we first visited the venue, we knew it was the place where dreams would come true. The setting was breathtaking, with stunning views, elegant spaces, and a warmth that made us feel at home. But what truly set this venue apart was the remarkable coordinator Deborath, who went above and beyond to ensure every detail was flawless.
As the mother of the bride, I was naturally a little anxious, but the coordinator's expertise, calm demeanor, and genuine care put me at ease from the start. They were always available, offering creative ideas, thoughtful advice, and, most importantly, a listening ear. Every meeting, every call, every interaction was handled with the utmost professionalism and kindness.

Couldn't recommend ALL IN anymore
Deborath is hands down one of the best wedding planners and coordinators in the industry. She is the sole reason my wedding ran so smoothly. She handled everything with such grace. She didn't let me stress and made sure I had fun my entire wedding weekend. She was communicative, friendly, personable and patient with me and my family. May 2022 Wedding - Dream Come True
Where do I even begin? Deborath and her team made our wedding weekend absolutely perfect at Casa de Campo!!
We had a destination wedding there with just over 70 guests traveling from the US. Deborath and her team took care of every detail making our experience virtually flawless. She knows the vendors and options around the DR inside and out plus her calm demeanor and sense of humor make everything even better.
I became severely dehydrated the night before my wedding and Deborath took incredible care for me - had special food prepared, received care and allowed me to enjoy my stunning wedding day! -

I HIGHLY recommend that any bride hire Deborath and her team at All In. My son and his fiancee just got married at Altos de Chavon at Casa de Campo on May 20, 2025. It was the most beautiful, romantic wedding I have ever been to. In addition, our Welcome Party at Minitas Beach and our Reheasal Dinner at La Casita were all the things you want for your family and friends—-gorgeous and fun!
Deborath helped us every step of the way. She had wonderful recommendations based on her many years in the business, and everything she recommended was spot-on. Where we had a vision for how we wanted things to look, she helped us achieve that look and feel. Our whole wedding event was truly magic, and in large part it is due to All In and Deborath. You will feel taken care of and supported the whole way through planning your wedding event. I cannot say enough great things about All In!
