Beach Brides Lab truly saved my wedding! After some miscommunication with the hotel around decor and location, I found myself needing to find decor on my own pretty close to my wedding date. Kate was a dream to work with. She was so knowledgable, so responsive, answered all of my questions and made me feel so calm about the process. I shared a vision of what I wanted, but what I appreciated most is that I also shared a budget I was working within and she gave great feedback for options that aligned with what I wanted within budget. She is a true professional. The decor for my ceremony and reception were a dream. The floral arrangements, centerpieces, and table seating chart were so beautifully done. I would recommend this company to every single bride, specially for resort wedding.

What can I say about Kate and her team!
I approached her about 6-8 weeks out from our ideal ceremony date -- it was a vow renewal with family members, so the goal was intimate and spiritual, no crowds in sight. Kate responded within 24 hours and made me feel supported & like my vision mattered from the start of the process.
I knew I had a great planner on my hands when she was honest about our venue not being great on weekends due to crowds -- she suggested a weekday and could not have been more right! Many vendors would have simply said 'yes' and moved on, but Kate understood our goal and made. it. happen.

Preparation for the wedding was great, even when last minute attendance and decoration additions happened, Kate and her team rolled with it. She has excellent rapport with guests and Tracadero staff (our location), so we felt well recieved and so did my family members.

Day of experience was 10/10! She knew how to remain present while also not be overly vocal or overbearing on an already stressful day. She foresaw possible dilemmas and solved them in advance.

Hair, makeup, photograph, officiant and musician teams were also incredible! Everyone was patient, understood their role and was very thoughtful throughout the whole afternoon.

At the day's end, all my husband and I wanted was to restart the day so we could enjoy it even more. Thank you, thank you, thank you Kate and BBL team!

In short, look no further for a communicative, affirming/positive person for a small DR wedding (or big! but it was not my experience haha). She was considerate of guests' accessibility needs, meal plans and did not make us feel like a burden.

We had our civil ceremony on Saona Island, which I totally recommend for a dreamy caribbean wedding 😍🥥🏝️.

We chose our dream wedding on Saona, with a civil ceremony, witnesses, and close ones (9 people). Everything was absolutely amazing! The scenes on Saona are stunning; it’s a paradise island. The snacks were delicious, and the cocktails were some of the best we’ve ever had in our lives. The bartender Luiz was very friendly and entertaining! Kate organized everything perfectly, so there were no uncertainties; she is very kind and accommodating. The photographer was also very friendly, and the photos she took were outstanding. If we had to decide again, we wouldn’t change a thing! Thank you, Kate!
